OBs market at the Old Bakery is so nice. The food at the sushi place is outstanding and reasonable prices. The restaurant and coffee shop also great.

Very very dissapointing service......went in on Tuesday to order edible flowers for my sons birthday for the dessert on Sunday.My phone number was taken and i was assured it would be there by Friday...I ssid Iwould collect on Sunday as was getting other items.Got there Sunday had to wait while 4 staff stood around talking putting pony tails in their hair etc only to be told its not here!!! No phone call no follow up just sorry....how does that help when you soecifically ordered 6 days in advance?

Staff are amazing and helpful. Store is always clean. Only issue is that they dont have halaal section. I do my meat shopping at woolwotths capricorn ot retreat

Friendly staff who were very helpful for this man in a hurry 😂. Should add, and not a reflection on the store, that to get back onto the main road towards Muizenberg is a nightmare and detracts from the experience. So much so, that one would think twice before turning in next time. Traffic lights , or a small traffic circle, should be at the intersection.

Well laid out store with a good selection of fresh food and groceries. Conveniently situated in a small suburban centre.Quick efficient service.

Good one place stop as there are several shops in the complex. You can get pet food at the vet shop, have a coffee and Lunch at the restaurant, or shop at the smallish but well stocked Woolworths (food only). There is also a hairdresser, fresh seafood shop and a gift shop.

The Woolworths here is great but small. So one struggle to find certain grocery items. It has undergone an upgrade in the past year or so. The overall shopping experience is good.

The management of the store has improved significantly over the last year or so. Also the new layout is much better and give way more space.

I allways find the staff VERY FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL I Love shopping there. The only time I have to go to another store is for my favorite cheese which is the Roystons goat cheese the old bakery does not stock it.

Lovely store. Its been expanded so its spacious, well stocked, clean and a pleasure for shopping. Everyone keeping the recommended distance and wearing masks. Tellers are friendly.

Great store since the revamp. Friendly staff, good manager, and good anti covid measures in place. However, they have just introduced temperature taking prior to entry but given no instructions to the one taking the temp on what the values mean. I was 37.4 yesterday and I asked her what that meant. Her reply was I dont know. So what is the point? Apart from that - no issues to report.

Friendly staff, especially the young man who forces customers to call him Handsome. Hope he gets promoted! The sky is the limit with that attitude!Its just a comfortable store. More specials should give you a 🖐😅

Fairly big Woolies Food Store conveniently situated in the Old Bakery on Main Road in Lakeside. The service is really friendly. Plenty of parking - the car attendants too are also very friendly.

It would be great if they could live up the the buildings name and have a bakery thats putting out fresh bread all day. Alas no luck, even after speaking with staff and managers. Just going have to settle for mediore even after the store expansion.

Popped in for some bits. Well laid out store, not too busy and they had what I needed.

Convenient and got the essentials, plus some great extras.

Visited the store in a few occasions.... Long story short... I forgot my meat bags at the counter... Realized when I wanted to eat a Vienna that I forgot my cold meats bag at the counter... Next day went back to the store and the staff kept all my food safe in the fridge for me.... Will surely be shopping there for quite a while🛒❤️

Expanded shop us very nice. Variety on selections are great. Quality of goods are also 5-star.

Very well run and well-stocked branch. Neat and clean. The staff were polite and helpful in spite of having very little space at the checkouts. Good news is that they are busy with an extension to ensure a better shopping experience in the near future.

Asked staff to check availability of stock. I waited for some time and then found him talking with a senior member of staff. Not about my query....... no good business practice.

Not open yet, but google says you are, not my first experience of you not sticking to your hours. This unfortunately is the most poorly managed Woolies Food store, consistently out of stock of my key items. Im out of patience and understanding and moving on to other branches

Badly stocked (2 other branches had stock at same time), long queues and no attempt to add cashiers. No fat free milk, and various popular veggies. Engen WW a tint shop had all that Old Bakery did not. Wont be back

They are doing renovations now, but dont let that stop you from going in. Staff are friendly, customer service is good and it is a good place to study. There is a new staff member there who is very friendly and professional. She has peace about her an ease about her.

Another good supermarket with good quality produce. Prices are on the high side but you have to pay for something a little better. Store is very clean and tidy.
