We had the Sunday roast today and it was excellent value for money. The roast pork was the highlight for us but everythin was really tasty.

One cashier with very bad manners and very poor customer relations, training desperately required!

The staff are always kind and happy! This Spar also stocks delicious imported treats from the US and Holland. A fabulous selection of toys too!

This is a very clean, neat and spacious store. The staff enforced Covid 19 safety protocols. The product range is not that wide, but I was impressed in general.

They sell fake products filled with water. And when we returned the defective product to the store the manager became stubborn with us and blamed us of stealing there products. They bluntly refused to help us. This is the worst grocer in the country. After the owner was called still no effort was made to assist us. What about the consumer protection act. Just don’t buy milk. It may be sour and they will blame you of filling it with sour milk.

Once known as the Green Grocer, the newly branded Spar remains mostly the same. Great go-to shop if youre missing some basic supplies or food. Prices are generally higher than normal at this Spar which may leave you feeling ripped off at the check out.

An absolute gem of a supermarket! Quick and friendly service, good prices (sometimes better than Checkers), great bakery, hygiene measures topnotch, enough parking and no beggars.

How do you keep running out of stock on certain items that sell, surely you can order more of the big sellers?

My local corner shop, has all of the things you need day to day and the staff are really helpful.

Store clean but difficult to locate trolley wipes and one staff member not wearing mask.

The experience was horrible. I returned a piece of clothing that had a flaw in. The man in charge should not work with clients. Before asking me anything he said if it is a sale item there is no refund. I did not have a slip but had the amount on my telephone asking if the can reprint the slip and he then responded he does not have time to work through transactions from friday after 16h00 and the whole weekend. Nevertheless he went into the office coming out a couple of minutes later that he need the exact time. By that time I was really worked up and said to him is this how you treat clients. He had all sorts of things to say again they dont have time to go through all transactions without having an exact time and the lady in the office told him what he just told me and she is busy with someone. I said thank you I am not going to leave it there. I asked him if he was the owner and he replied no.So is this how customers are treated @ Vierlanden Green Grocer. I would not recommend anyone to go there

Just wanted to share this part that for me is not in line with our Staff are always on hand to assist and make your experience even better.Late yesterday afternoon there was a boy who wanted to buy his mom a chocolate for Valentines Day but unfortunately forgot his mask at home. Which is right, the staff did not want to allow him into the store without a mask. Luckily, an older person from a car noticed the boys problem, and gave him a new mask that he was carrying in his car, and he was able to go and buy his mothers chuck. If the staff were as helpful as you say, they could have taken the money from him in this situation and bought the chocolate on his behalf and took it out. Its just a chocolate, but think every penny makes a business a success. Not good service I would say.
