Best Spar in the country in my opinion. Incredible offering with loads of different deli options and all very fresh! Definitely worth a visit.

Good variety of items in this food store, where you can buy all your shopping, some baked goods and deli items. Some items are quite pricey though. The store is neat and clean.

Probably the best spar in South Africa. Maybe because its in a white area. Was overwhelmed and kinda sad that Spars in non white areas arent as good.

Arguably best supermarket in CT from a variety perspective. Enormous selection. Quick and efficient service. Only negative is that you used to get a bunch of flowers for each R1000 spend. Now my wife doesnt get any flowers anymore!

It is my Go-to store for shopping, always clean,I love the order in cues. The manager really takes charge on a daily basis where he manages his staff in making sure that customers are well attended and that customers dont experience any inconveniences during their shopping. The cashiers are always smiling and willing to help.

Best spar in SA! I live near Broadacres spar, the winner of best spar every year for many years. And this BB spar is better. Amazing quick snack options with their huge selection of pre-made food bowls. Skip the fast food shops outside, bypass woolies, and get from here for better range, quality, and price.

Bought a Red velvet cake today at Sea Point Spar for my birthday. Never ever in my life have I been so disappointed. I was so looking forward to enjoying it. the cake was packed 05-11-2020. the cake is old and rock hard it does not even taste like red velvet cake. what a waste of money. Who would have a cake 4 days old on their shelves. oh dear I will never go back there again. The cake was totally unedible . please explain why you sell old cakes?

Great shop! Fantastic health section with a wide variety of health and vegan options. Lots of food and spices from various parts of the globe. Everything also looks so fresh. They have reorganised the shop and it just got better. This is definitely my favourite Spar.

Monday 9/11/2020 I bought a Red velvet cake today at Sea Point Spar. This cake s were in the upright fridges and was packed on the 05-11-2020. The cake is old, so rock hard. Who would have a cake 4 days old on their shelves. The cake was totally unedible . SPAR Sea Point please improve your bakery please. I do not want my money back or anything JUST IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR CAKES.

One picture is worth more than 1000 words! I wish I could post few more but there isn’t an option.I purchased your falafels today for the first time. I have seen them before but I was always put off by their greasy look. Unfortunately #Checkers @Checkerssa haven’t had any today so I was forced to try yours for the first time. Oh boy do I regret it!Firstly, they are so greasy that box they are in is covered in grease and was begging me to kill it or pay for liposuction. I haven’t had money for liposuction and I’m too nice to kill it (the box) so instead I sent it to America where being covered in grease is a norm and the box won’t feel like an outsider.Now, the falafels themselves are so shiny because of excess fat that you can use them to lighten up the dark corners of your home. I keep mine on the floor and use them as the night light when I need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. They are shiny enough to lighten up the path but not bright enough to wake you up. You can also put them under kids bed to keep monsters away! Or glue them to the ceiling to recreate “night sky” in your own bedroom.Once I bit into it the wonderful bitter taste of twice recycled cardboard was released. It is so bland it it puts water to the shame. The texture itself is very similar to that of plasterboard and because of that (on a positive note) my teeth were left squeaky clean. Although I am very happy that plaque from my teeth is gone for the price of 45.99, I’m sure that my dentist won’t be happy and you will be hearing from his layer for the loss of earnings.But then it hit me, because they are so dry from over cooking and lack of ingredients I came to realisation that they are probably not made for human consumption. You have made them for mouisture/condensation control!? Now they are happily sitting in my bathroom and basement absorbing excess moisture from the air. My question is, how many gallons of water can they absorbe before I need to replace them? Also, can they be used for pest control? I mean, once the mice see these around they will probably realise that there isn’t any edible food left in this house and leave.I give it 0 on a scale 1 to 1 billion for human consumption but I give it 5 star rating for multipurpose household product.On a serious note...... come on guys!!!! There are so many easy, simple and tasty recipes online for falafels. Change yours before Middle East takes you to the court for war crimes against falafel!

This Spar sets the standards for all Spars. They have a wide range of products, catering to everyone. They have a lot of vegan products as well as a lot of imported products. I would highly recommend their ready meals as those meals are so tasty and really affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

This spar have upgraded their store. The store is not as spatious as I feel it should be but I like their design.I also like the design of their refregirators & their cold foods section.The store has a very nice biltong section.The store needs to better their hygiene game in terms of the floors and it gets a bit cramped at the entrance during peak levels
