This is a good new PnP. Its not huge but has a pretty big range of everything. You might struggle to find some specific things - bigger stores have more brands of coffee, as an example - but for the most part youd be hard pressed to not find what you needed.Its always been quiet when Ive been there, Im in and out in a couple of minutes. Plenty of parking, the store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. Cant complain too much about anything.

Ive been impressed with very friendly till operator/s. It is a good shop with easy access from my home - not as big as our usual Pick n Pay, and so lack some of the stock items for our usual big shopping order, but very adequate.

This is very beautifully laid out store. Sparling clean as always, with products shelved just in the right places. Well, some products are overpriced (typical of PnP), but walking around and filling up the trolley feels satisfying.

It is such a big store but if feels like they dont have a huge variety of goods, i have been there a couple of times and I have never seen more than 3 cashiers working (there are a lot more than just 3 paypoints). This might only be my experience though. The staff are friendly and the store is clean, the veg and meat sections are quite big, you will find some variety there.

Pick n pay is at a good centre. Free parking available, restaurants and fisheries are within. They need extra banking atms on all major banks that deposits can be done.

Still a rather new shop. Clean and modern. Needs to work on product layout and selection.

A month ago we were shopping at Pick n Pay Richmond Corner and whilst walking past the butchers fridges spotted hamburger patties and as I felt like a nice hamburger purchased a pack. I was amazed that the didnt shrink very much while being cooked and I have to admit was one of the tastiest burgers I have eaten in a long time. So this month decide to add it to the shopping list. Firstly was disgusted by the way they looked almost as if they had been thrown in the packaging. My instincts told me to leave it but as I enjoyed the last lot decided to take it. I should have listened to my instincts. What a disappointment so much so I will never waste my money buying it there again. Will go elsewhere. Firstly they shrunk so much that it made the bun look ginormous and the taste just wasnt there either

Relatively new, this centre has all the essentials including a large pick n pay for all your needs. Their meat selection was fair but not great and they sell pork so def not halaal which is what I was looking for. Was able to find everything else I needed.

Convinient in my area, go to plattekloof for main shopping if there are specials.

A beautiful new PnP, the isles are broad, well stocked, loads of specials an abundance of staff, but as with most grocery stores their cashiers (the few that Ive been to) are (lets just say) not the friendliest. It irks the heck out of me when you greet a teller and dont even get an acknowledgement. But in saying that, Id hate to be in their shoes, Ive seen clients be really abusive and Im sure they get rude clients all day long

Nice new shopfittings something different to the usual supermarket. Aha it is small in floorspace! And roof height low! Needs getting used to the layout of aisles etc

Store was clean and helpful staff as well. Normally, the Friday evening shopping experience is just a rush, however, this was a pleasant experience.

The store is very clean and spacious. Some of the stock options are limited, which is to be expected considering the size of the store and sometimes only more expensive items are stocked, but I can always find what I am looking for.However, the service at the till points is not good. The service is sulky and inefficient, with an entire trolley being ringed up before offering a packet and starting to pack the groceries, and then throwing groceries into a packet with no thought or care. I have visited numerous times and every time I leave feeling as though my purchase is unimportant to the store.I would have thought that with so many stores in the area, a store would want to distinguish itself with good service, but in my experience, this has not been the case here.

Worst P&P ever. New but very bad. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Standing at the butchery and staff member looks at me and walk of talking to another staff member and nothing worrk related. Cashiers sitting on normal office chair and looking up to customers. Kraaifontein is small but 100 better. Good luck in fixing this shop.

Very nice PicknPay to shop at. Queues move quickly and products are always well packed. Only downside is the frequent lack of stock of sale items. Plattekloof has a better range of stock, but Richmond Corner is a pleasure shop at.

Very convenient. However, range of stock is sometimes poor. Often have to drive to PNP Plattekloof to get the things we really want.

Waited for years for competition for Checkers Burgundy. Sadly disappointed by this PnP. Staff not very friendly and certainly not helpful in at least one instance when I tried to draw cash at the till. The till assistant treated me to a series of grunts as it appeared she does not speak English apparently. Also not a a very comprehensive store - more like a family store with not much variety. Ah well no shortage of other shops to go to such as Plattekloof PnP where I have had excellent service over the years.

What a lovely shop has all you need

I went into this Pick n Pay store for the first time yesterday. It was so neat, organised and fully stocked. What stood out to me the most though was the friendliness of the staff, especially Zandile at the Kiosk who was so cheerful. Customer service and being friendly to customers goes a long way!

Lovely Woolies, Pick n Pay and Clicks. Decent parking too.The smaller shops are good too, barber, washing/dry cleaning shop, Vida Coffee, Sorbet etc

My favorite shopping place

One thing that really matters now. If PNP says they open 08 h 00 then the store is open. This makes shopping at PNP an absolute pleasure. Unlike at Burgundy estate Checkers they open 08 h 00. As soon as you get there you run into a closed door. And if you dare to ask why the store is not open. Then they get a attitude and said cant you see we are busy with training. No indication of training. Extremely poor service delivery. PNP is better when it comes to business management. Thanks PNP.

They only have 2 tellers at a busy time in the evening so do not be in a rush

Probably the friendliest PnP I have been to! Only issue is that the express check out is never open, so one line for all customers, can sometimes take awhile for quick items as well as the singular entrance/exit into the PnP can cause abit of a traffic jam especially with COVID regulations.

Nice spacious and clean but I personally have a problem with a store when they dont have stock of a particular product when its on special and that was the case when I went there today.

Beautiful store but gets seriously let down by its hot foods section. See the photo of thier R29-90 Burger, shocking to be honest. Feel robbed of my money on this one.

Despite its fresh look, midday on a weekday and no roast chicken? Took a bit of looking around to understand the stores layout, especially with magazines being split up on either side of the queing bollard.Signage seen outside the centre on its walls indicate PnP Liquor, only to realise when you get Infront of the store, its Opening Soon. Rather dont advertise when youre not licensed yet.

The price you see is the price you pay. Winston 30 rand on the shelve but 33 rand at the till. So i bought a carton. Demanded to pay the price i saw. Saved R30 but they now adjusted the price ☺

Stood at lotto counter for almost 10min and nobody attended to me. Another staff member was helping a client with a refund but did not even acknowledge me or let me know that someone will be attending to or something at least. Weak service 👎
