It was a quick purchase, in and out. I had called in earlier to confirm that my trip would not be a waste of time. They were well stocked for my requirements. Also the store was open to 19h00, which did help. As the other branch closed at 18h00 and was closer to my residence.

Lady working at checkout point removed her mask, rubbed her noise a few times, nostrils side, put mask back on and went straight back to work. Did not even attempt to sanitise her hands. I hope this was an isolated incident and that staff in the front and back of the store, follow the necessary hygiene protocols. This is a fresh product and food store!

Ive been shopping at this Woolworths for years and tonight mightve been my last time. Always out of stock. And the stock that is there is always expiring the same or following day. One time I almost took a pizza that had expired A WHOLE WEEK prior. I told one of the staff members and he just nonchalantly took the pizza from me, said it was a mistake and walked away. The fridge where they have the milk is also leaking or something and is its just a complete mess. Not to mention the staff arent friendly at all. Id rather drive from Brackenfell to Tygervalley Shopping Centres Woolworths where you can actually get what you need and the staff are friendly. Bitterly disappointing. Whoevers in charge here need to sort it out.Edit: Went back against my better judgement and I will not return if my life depended on it. Didnt have half of what I went there for. There was also a problem with my bank card and the woman at the till couldnt tell me what the issue was and acted as if I was inconveniencing her when she couldnt even properly communicate what the problem was. The staff at this place are extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and dont shop here. I certainly wont.

I read in newspaper that the food prices is high but yes some is high. Only look what you want. The prices is not so high. Only buy what you get at reasonable price. That is highly competitive to other chain stores.

Healthy fruits and veggies, nice meat selection, small deli with chicken and pies, treats and flowers, gifts, magazines and all the basics you need. Long queues on Sundays after church, but they always move quite fast.

Not impressed by this store at all... Staff are rude and they never have stock. It feels like this is a token store that Woolworths feels obligated to keep open. My recommendation would be to rather drive to a bigger shopping center for a better managed environment. Staff here definitely need serious Customer Service Training!

Great shopping experience. The shop is very neat, clean and not a thing out of place. The staff is friendly making one feel comfortable. But the best thing is the queueing, the line was very long +- 15 people in the line, but from the time we stepped in the queue, we did not stand still for a moment. We kept on moving, it took us I think less than 3min to get to the front of the line. Snake queueing system works!!! Thank you to woolworths management for having the snake system and more than 3people on the tills to keep us moving.Really enjoy the experience, thank you :-)

A decent size Woolies food store with good products and good service. They should seriously consider adding a separate halaal meat section. One of few Woolies stores who doesnt cater for Muslims, despite many requests from the community.

I bought a sim card which could not be RICAd in store. I had to return it the next day as not even the cellphone company whose card it was would RICA it. Apparently all outlets only RICA what is bought at their own store. Wooliies however still has the sim cards on shelf despite me advising them about this issue twice.

Woolworths is always nice, clean and easy to walk through the shelves, but wayyyy too cold inside their stores to enjoy the opportunity.

I would like to suggest that this woolies get an halaal section..
