Ok so I was so excited to have a PnP so close to use after waiting years for them to reopen the centre. Well the first time I went there I didnt bother going back as the staff in general (including the manager), were totally useless. The products in the deli were a disgrace (hot and cold). Ok so the greasy manager is no longer there and there is a definite change in the store. The service has improved but the dells are still shocking. From food offering, quality and especially service. So well done guys on improving on the running of the store but you deli sections need a major overhaul.

This centre is on my doorsteps so, its convenient for me to shop there but; I often do not find normal basic items on PnP shelves which causes me to shop elsewhere. Items like tinned lentils, Ina Paarman and Nandos bottled pepper sauce. There is also no till for 10 items.

Purchased Mugg and Bean Milk from Pick n Pay Centre Point in November 2019. A pretty new store in Milnerton. Best before / Use by date on the drink was 7/5/19, 6 months past the best buy date and they still have it on their shelves.Also Pick n Pay couldnt be bothered to follow up on the complaint as apparently it needs to be dealt with by senior management. Avoid.

Decent stock and produce but not as plentiful as other nearby PNPs. Adjacent Liquor store is convenient.

Nothing I wanted or needed, NO free range meat! If you can go to the effort of supplying multiple Kosher options surely you can include better alternatives in all departments. Also, no milk alternative that does not taste like cardboard or soap. No plain rice crackers. No options for mature cheddar. No natural ingredient shampoo or skincare. No proper mask wearing, noses hanging out left right and center. Why can Checkers get it right? Why can Woolworths get it right? Im not buying from you again except for in absolute emergencies.

Needs new management. Shelves always empty. Two tellers when busy times. Staff behind cold meat counter doing you a favor to serve you.

Hot food counter staff show no interest in customers.counter had no food. Manageress had to come out and cook food whilst the staff walk away. Staff need a lesson in customer service and discipline and customer relations. Managers end up doing the staffs work?And the staff go on lunch.

Always having a problem with goods not priced correctly or something not tilled up properly, or items not on the shelf and having to go back for credit due to me. Sometimes they not too helpful and have hundred and one excuses why cant refund. Very irritating to always go back due to wrong tilling up of sometimes more than 1 item. Often out of stock on items on special or limited on choices for eg. The bags of 4 veggies for R100 often dont have squash, butternut nor the sweet potato and sometimes even no green pepper. Its a pity as there are a few of the staff that are helpful. At present I have actually sworn Im not going back to that store.

Very safe covid protocols followed nicely

Our local haunt on weekends in summer. Food is okay but the view is spectacular. Also great to sit eat and watch your little one riding his skateboard or kicking his ball right in front of you on the huge grass embankment. Very popular with West coast locals on those hot summer days.

It has a nice new interior. However they dont seem to be able to address the bird issue. For months birds have been living in the store. Ive spoken with manager but nothing has changed. It completely puts be off buying any uncovered food. If you like shopping in an aviary this is the store for you.

In the middle of the pandemic, with Pick h Pay being the only large supermarket in an area serving a large portion of low income customers, it advertised that a combination of potatoes, onions, carrots, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut, green peppers and gem squash - four bags for a total of R100. I went in this morning and all that was on offer was potatoes and tomatoes - the tomatoes were R39 a bag and I did not note the price of the potatoes.We have HUNGER IN OUR STREETS and a great many people with barely any resources but love and determination feeding their neighbours, the homeless, the elderly.I asked to see the manager and was fobbed off and saw a supervisor whose attitude was we have no stock. No offer of, say, as soon as stock comes in, we will let you know, nothing like well, I can offer you say potatoes and tomatoes at the advertised price of four bags for R100 - or anything even remotely polite. It was too bad, so sad. Manager Elton Ely was nowhere to be found.PICK N PAY - WE SEE YOU and we will vote, with our feet.

PnP had Special on 1,5 Coke but then there was only no sugar left, then I saw this lady forgot her name she was standing by the door next to the Veggies side, I told her you ran out of Coke, she was so helpful by checking if there was more @ the back, in nowadays its rare to get such helpful people, she must keep up the good work

I absolutely loathe going here. If it werent so conveniently close to my house I doubt I wouldve gone past my first visit. The staff is always grumpy, the range of items (especially fresh food) is depressing, the prices are inflated and badly labelled so that there is almost always an issue at the till. I think I would rather travel great distances to avoid this shop from now on.

Seems like a nice store, but Ive had some issues here.Quality control is non-existent. Just walk through the fruit and vegetable department and youll find not so greatly priced items with a lot of stuff that is either near expiring or has already expired. Some moldg items... Just not great.The fish, ham, fast food and butchery sections seem to be sharing staff. There is no bells or anything to get their attention and Ive had numerous issues getting service there.The rest of the store is good. Well stocked and clean. Im hoping these are merely growing pains and that theyll be smoothed out as time goes by.

Staff should be taught to be proactive. There isnt always staff at the deli. But its a very nice store to shop in. Staff at the tills are very friendly.

Im a bit skeptical of the mall as a whole however the pick n pay here is wonderful, particularly for niche items such as almond milk. They also have a fairly wide range of Kosher products.My only qualm is that like most pick n pay stores there are usually a few deceptive promotions

Generally good but today I decided to spoil myself and get chips and chicken wings from the deli... Both raw. Chips not so bad but what a waste of chicken and a bad experience.
