I paid for a pdf version of a standard through the SABS online portal, standard never arrived in my inbox, no one responds to emails and no one answers the phone. Terrible, terrible service.
After 4 months and at least 10 emails and 4 renewals of the request for confirmation of a SABS reference on a paint colour, I have received 2 emails yesterday informing me that the service request is closed. Exceptionally poor responds to email communication.
Conference rooms are well lit with natural light & have big TVs with HD Webcams for remote calls.

The administrators for the Training Academy are completely useless at managing bookings.
