The service was bad , the staff there was so rude and belittling not helpful at all . One of the rules there is that you should ask for assistance but how can you ask when they are not willing to help at all. I felt attacked and its not the first time.They are disrespectful . Especially the lady with the glasses , its either they are on the phone or chatting with each other. The only time I felt welcome was when I was greeted by the receptionist on the front door after that it was a bad experience.

I went there on Monday and it was actually my first time as I had heard from a friend about the place and their services. My experience there was horrible , the people who were supposed to be assisting me were plain rude and disrespectful. I couldnt even ask for help because I feared of being shouted at . I received ill treatment there .This was actually my first and last visit and the e-centre.

The two ladies are very rude and unhelpful. Please do something so they can change their behaviour
