. Everything is there, why cant you just approve the f payment..But covidters is happily getting 2 salaries coz of delays why cant they give us the months payments thats outstanding too?And Sassa 350 for the people who havent been working for so many years so they cant claim uif.. , they got sorted, in less than a month,Ive been in communication with uif trying to get funds paid to me since May and Im done everything requested..Must say they actually have a good team working on feedback and getting it sorted.. Or maybe I got lucky and have a great labour consultant on my case, that I am grateful forI will update rating and Comment, once I have more feedback

Absolutely pathetic service. Understand fully that all citizens are literally just a number however since my application in August I have been treated as if the Department is doing me a favour. Back and fourth with apparant missing documents the excuses to payout ones unemployment benefits is endless and ridiculous.

I wonder how they get a 1 star? phones unanswered or dont even ring. No reply to email and when i presented myself at the offices this morning the person on the frontline was so rude it was beyond comprehension that he is engaged to service customers.Just so bad as to be really concerning...

Trying to reach Labour department is very frustrating, you are kept on hold for 30minutes to an hour ,Call centre numbers , the direct branch contact numbers dont even ring! Emails are not responded to, all i would like to know is if my claim is approved , all documentation is there and the claim is sent to assessor over a month ago already! Why are only the COVID TERS claims processed, but not the People that have been RETRENCHED DUE TO COVID 19.

I applied for UIF moths end of February till to date i have never received any communication called them several times and i was told about COVID that they are not prioritizing normal UIF but for COVID which made me ask my self on how will i survive as i have 3 kids cant pay rent or food yet i am told that. i wrote plenty of emails no response till now. this government need to employ competitive people so that they can render services, i am not borrowing this money it is mine. i rate this zero.

The service received from this department has decreased immensely. I have been trying to get hold of anybody just to ask about my status with regards to normal uif claims made on the 9th March 2020. But every person i do get hold of keeps telling me if it does not relate to covid 19 they cannot help. Everything is so frustrating as you cant get a straight answer. Not impressed with goverment institution at the moment. They dont even deserve the 1 star review

This place is pathetic, and the impression is created that staff here do what they want and nobody cares. Phones do not get answered. I had an appointment and after travelling all the way to Town, the person in question was not available. I am also awaiting the re-newel of my electrical contractor certificate now for six weeks since paying my registration fees. One wonders who these people are reporting to? Are the ANC or the DA controlling this department in the Western Cape? I need to know as I may need to change my vote. The one star is just a requirement by this site to allow me to post my review.
