Very quick and efficientonly problem is the staff lack communication skills

After being treated so badly (several times) at DHA in Barrack Street, it was an absolute pleasure to be treated humanely and kindly at the Khayelitsha DHA. What an incredible experience. And the staff are so helpful, kind, and respect their jobs; all either wearing neat uniforms or dressed impeccably. What an amazing experience. Thank you! Our country and its people need all DHAs to be like this one!

Poor service delivery we have been waiting here from 5am hoping that by 8am the gates will be open and we will be served.Its almost 9am the gates are still locked noone is saying anything. So angry and sad at the same time its scorching hot here. Khayelitsha home affairs is a true disaster

I was there today the 5th July . They are indeed serving the community! It doesnt matter who is serving you, they treat you with amazing respect. They are humble and very down to earth. Keep up the good work guys! You are doing a very good job!

You guys need to be copy and pasted to all DHA branches across the country. I applied for my passport and ID yesterday , man what great service you provide . A few people recommended we make use of the Khayelitsha branch , so glad we did. you guys are brilliant. Thank you for your amazing service .

They are off line gates are closed, you cant even ask what you need to bring for what you want to do for example do you need to bring cash or they have speed points, very unprofessional. I work with people when we are offline it does not mean we do not attend to peoples questions, the systems are offline not their mouth.

I waited to go in from 10AM only to be told at 3PM to go away.

They do assist you, be prepared to spend half of your day there

Terrible experience and service in this place. Supervisor did not show any enthusiasm in regards to my problem. I bet this bad review will not even move them.

Their service is excellent and you dont have to get there at 4 am! Queues arent that long at all! Applied for passport and ID on a Monday and I got sms on Friday the same week advising that the documents were ready for collection! Big up guys!

Excellent service. Very efficient customer service and staff.

The immigration people gave me the worst experience l have ever received. I will never recommend anyone for assistance with any thing. We are Africans at the end of the day, but to treat each other like rubbish doesnt help anyone at all.

Since is black area we should close in weekend what about the people we go to work during week . Cape Town Mitchells plain Bellvn open during weekends why khayelitsha not mxxxxm

Terrible service, they have 12 application counters and only 2 were opened for service. Their photo booth personnel was unavailable for about an hour, whilst approximately 15 people had to wait for his return. I would not recommend anyone to visit this branch.

System is been offline since Tuesday. Its now Thursday, people have been deprived of the services they pay for. Government services are all the same.
