This service was excellent. my electricity went out at 20:30 and was back by 9:30. I consider this extremely efficient considering that it was a Saturday night. Gideon was the electrician on call. he was friendly and efficient. Thank you City of Cape Town
Called about ten times, waited about 7 hrs and Im still waiting for help on the electricity
Power failure started 18h07 and its 03h30 nothing happened no updates. Poor service ever.
Reported no electricity at 3h43 am it is 6h00 am no electricity, it is not loadshedding as it is just a section of the suburb and some sections in darkness in the some division.
Phoning from Pietetmaritzburg. Cant get a person only voicemail which does not work. Why is there no email or list of people with contact nos and emails?
Waiting since 7:45 this morning 4 calls later 16:17 Nothing has been done.
