This time of year. Cape Union Mart has a fantastic sale. I love their outdoor ready clothing. Perfect for our climate. Cold, wet winters. Dry, hot summers.

I always have a good experience, people are always ready to assist and their prices are affordable. good quality clothes.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Since this is an outlet store they dont always have the sizes/colours/ etc one needs. That is to be expected. Why only 3 stars? Some items are surprisingly expensive with a very small discount. I will buy last seasons jacket in a random colour but only to if its marked down a real discount, like 40 %, not 10 %.

Cape Union Mart Access Park often has discounted items. There are always items on sale but generally not all sizes will be available. Often great stock can be found. A visit is highly recommended.

The factory shop is disappointing. One is better off shopping at old khaki or Cape union at a mall.

I just love to shop at Cape Union Mart at Accespark Kenilworth. Scored a great bargain today. Can never leave the shop empty handed.

Excellent store. Good variety and well priced. Just bear in mind that this is a factory store and some/most of the stock are store or factory rejects. By far most of those items are in perfect condition, but just make sure to double check before committing to a purchase.

Cape Union is getting really terrible with service. This was the outlet store and they spend very little time laying the store out in an easy to access manner. Staff chat with their peers and have little time to attend shoppers.

The specials on k-way, old khaki, poetry etc were something else. 😁

Two different branches of the same store gave two very different service experiences. Access Park was not very helpful, while Constantia Village was extreemly helpful and eager to assist. Well done.

Great for discounts, but the fitting rooms are very hot, always full & you can only take in 4 items at a time. They also now put discounted items in bins, which makes it very hard to look through.

Terrible service when trying to cancel accountI am still being sent that I owe them money,I had called to cancel in Watercress and on the system it said I owed R0Then end of the month I go back in store midlands branch and telephone head office againNow I suddenly have a start up fee oweing of R179 +-Now 5months later it sits on R667Baring in mind that is only interestMy emails are now ignored by the Midlands branch manager so this is my last resortI cancelled due to moving overseasThis has really put a sour taste in my mouth regarding this company.And the other sad part is that I actually never used the card or owed them moneyMaybe someone now can help me resolve this issueI refuse to pay all that intrest over the last 5 months

The prices are the same as in the normal stores, only occasionally youll find some great deals here. The female selection is much more than the male section, which is relegated to the small front section of the store. Accessories are mostly behind the till counter, and not really visible.

Expect to be a better prices, but not at all costs same as in the malls

Some kind of dumping ground for old and/or damaged goods from the high street branches - a total waste of time. Unless you need a gift for a family member you least like to come and visit you...

Scratch and dent and damaged packaging .... end of range and shop soiled .... all at reduced prices..... bargain hunters paradise!
