Very good customer service & friendly staff

Fridays before 3 in the afternoon is a breeze. Went in and it took me a grand total of 20 minutes to get in, get what I needed and get out. Great service too!!!!

Very disappointed in the country fair steaklets creamy spinach &feta. The so-called filling was just green water, you couldnt even see what is spinach and what is feta. It was tasteless will never buy this product again. It doesnt even deserve 1 star .

Very disappointed with the 10kg bale bag of leg and thighs on special at the moment. It taste like rubber... A complete waste of money!!! I would not recommend anyone to buy this 10kg leg and thighs on special. I went back today to buy my normal thighs in the box of 5 or 6kgs. I wonder if management ever tried this chicken. Its a rip off!!! I am very very disappointed 😥 instead of saving you County Fair costed me extra money

We had buy chicken at shoprite and checkers and the chicken was bad 3 times that had happen with us, you must check your chicken before sending it to shops it can make people sick

The only thing they fail to do is to get a packer,and pack our items in the bag,so now you need to go toba security for verification and pack your our groceries

I purchase 10 pocks of County Fair Chicken at Checkers Tokai all 10 packs were all smelling and off.I phone store and no still waiting on the store to phone me back to help me this problem.Were bad service from Checkers Tokai

Its a good place for value for money Chicken. The same county fair packs you get i the shops you can get for less here. Its very full during month end weekends. So planning is key!

County Fair chickens has been around for many years. The trusted name in The Chicken industry in Cape Town. Their prices are very competitive. This week they had extra special price cuts. The public is really making use of these opportunities to purchase their monthly and catering chicken stock. A big plus are the other products to they have on sale. Cheese, eggs, chicken burgers, steaklets. Polonies, sauces, juices and a whole lot more. Parking inside and outside seems to be running out on their busy days. Situated in the industrial area of Epping 2, just off the Jakes Gerwel Drive(Vanguard Drive), it easily accessible and on route to Nd from work for a lot of people. They are open until 11.30 am on Saturdays, allowing their staff some time to do their own business for the rest of the day.

Was not so busy this morning so it was great didnt have to wait to long.. Friendly staff

Granted they have fantastic specials, but it is absolutely chaotic to move around in that place and hardly seems worth the effort in the end.

Dear Sir / Madam,I called your factory shop 5 minutes ago today 19 April 2016 and received the worst customer service ever from Linda!! Her tone was of such a nature that I felt really bad calling she sounded agitated and frustrated I told her at the beginning of our conversation Im making enquirers on behalf of other people and have lots of questions well needless to say I did not get very far...Im certain that no one wants to speak to someone who is making you feel like you wasting their time!! I searched other poultry places and received such good telephone service that Im rooting for the ones where I got quality service. After deliberating this matter I called the factory shop back and spoke to Linda I told her I was not very happy the way she handled it to which she apologised half-halfheartedly. I can understand we all have bad days at work however we try our best especially when we work in a customer service industry.Kind Regards,Fahiema Majiet
