There is such a big variety of pots at Stodels. I received great service from the staff who helped me pick out the perfect sized pots. They also have a guarantee that if your plant dies within a month of buying it at Stodels you can bring it in and they will replace it. This seems far too generous haha. Loved my first experience at Stodels.

Terrible service. The only person friendly and willing to help was the security who saw me walking through the store for ages without finding any assistance. Staff need better training on their knowledge and people skills.

The staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable. And if one member of staff doesnt have an answer, they will point you to someone who can help you.Also found out today that if a plant curls its toes, they will replace it if you bring it back - now thats a good deal!

What an wonderful place. Their COVID protocols are spot on. They have a large variety of plants, pots, seedlings gardening accessories. In the back they have a little coffee shop. All the staff are friendly, helpful and have good knowledge regarding their stock. Their toilet facilities were clean and tidy.

Best Google any questions you may have before purchasing plants or trees from this branch. Only one or two staff members are truly knowledgeable. Otherwise, nice selection of things to choose from and they always have decent specials on chicken manure. A free gift every month is lovely too but you have to be a stodels member.

Huge variety, decent prices and super friendly, helpful staff 👍 will definitely be using them for all my gardening needs.

Wow, the 50% off sale is no joke! Got me some gems today. The plant pots are so cheap that I took so many just for the heck of it. I also picked up some beautiful potted flowers 🌸

Whole new look and feel to the place. No more animals sold. Very modern vibe to the nursery. Was very quickly assisted when I showed a picture of what I was looking for. Very pleasant check out assistant. All in all, a great place. The cat grass I came for was thick and luxurious - will take my cats a while to chew them all down to the stems!

Great place to find anything and everything for your garden. They have renovated allowing for more of a walk around, their staff are so helpful and know everything. You can get great deals on plants and gardening equipment. Their restaurant is a great place to relax and have a nice cup of coffee with a delicious snack. Its a place for everyone.

I have been visiting this store for many years. It has improved so much over the years. More thought has been put into the layout and displays. The entrance has been cleaned up and made so attractive. Wheelchair accessible parking is available. I did not notice wheelchair accessible toilets.

A landmark in Kenilworth. In fact, a landmark in the Southern Suburbs. Weve been coming here for many, many years and weve seen and experienced the changes over the years. The latest renovation certainly reveals a fresh, clean and modern look. Shopping here is a pleasure. Great variety. And the staff members are knowledgeable. Take your time looking around, ask questions, and you will walk away with something suitable. The promotions and special offers are well advertised...emails and SMS messages are sent to you. And even if you are not buying anything, just go in and walk around in the peaceful atmosphere and take in nature at its glorious best.

This nursery is small and rarely has what I am looking for. While the staff are friendly, they are not extremely helpful. There are many other nurseries within a 10 km radius which I would recommend visiting instead. They are also currently doing some sort of renovations making what should be a lovely tranquil atmosphere somewhat unpleasant

I love Stodels but today i had a very annoying experience because i discovered that the garden Trelis i bought was not with my goods when i got home. I called the nursery to be told by Julia the manager that someone from head office will call me Monday

Friendly staff, reasonable prices. A great variety of plants. Recently received a face lift, the garden cafe is a nice place to stop for a beverage, hot or cold as well as something to nibble on. Garden club members receive great discounts and deals!

Stock a bit low on herbs. Service could be a lot better. Had to hunt someone down to help

Terrible service! Staff showed no interest in assisting us and upon emailing them three weeks ago, I am still awaiting a response.... staff is not friendly and their members club is nothing but a lie, havent received a gift in 2 months.

Lovely considering its a small branch. I was looking for bonsai repotting kit and found everything I needed. From the pot, to the soil/wire kit, shears and bonsai food.

I broke a pot holder and was treated with the utmost generosity. Will definitely always be a customer
