Will definitely use Myhomegarden again. They are very knowledgeable in regards to the specific service that I used them for. This was to sort out my garden and working those green fingers of the team. Theo made various suggestions with regards to water irrigation installations, measures that I could add to the garden, that will help me safe water. I took his advice and my garden continues to show off their green and healthy look. You cannot go wrong with using their service. I will definitely use their service again. The ‘My Home Garden’ Team provided outstanding, professional service in their objective to repair an external water leak on my balcony. Theo and Deon thoroughly investigated possible source/s of the leak and promptly submitted a quote to tackle the challenge which a previous service provider had not solved in 10 months. (The previous service providers made several attempts, but with no success.)Their onsite work was thorough, neat and informative about the potential problem/s. They evoked great confidence in what they did and there was no sign of mere ‘hit and miss’. On completion of the repair, they followed up to enquire about the outcome after we had much rain and wind. There was no sign of any leaking. We then experienced torrential storms and flooding and they returned to check further. I was not home when they returned to resolve this issue. After over a month and in spite of extreme rains, I am exceptionally happy to report that the leak is now history. Our Maintenance Manager was kept informed at the start, during and at the final visit. He commended ‘My Home Garden’ for their technical skills, particularly in a tricky situation.I would recommend The Team without hesitation and thank them for a wonderful job.
