Great variety and a good stop if you are looking for roses. Very putty that I had to search for someone to assist me when I was the only customer at the time, and even then the person did not seem interested in me. If I find another place that sells roses exclusively Id choose them due to the bad service.

Extremely dissapointed by the level of service I have received from the online store. I placed an order on the 4th of April of which delivery is stated to take place in 7 business days.I have been following up for the past week with multiple calls and no feedback.My order has been paid for yet nobody can tell me when it will arrive or how far in the delivery process it is.Extremely frustrating and dissapointing.

I came here the other day, I told the sales representative( whos name was Siya if I remember correctly) that I was not going to purchase anything and that I only wanted to ask questions. He spoke to me for an hour, showed me the whole place and treated me really well. You guys won a customer for life. This place has excellent service, it is neat and clean and just has an awesome feel to it. They also really know their product very well and offer many organic options to people who would like to garden organically. Thank you very much for an excellent customer experience!

My husband surprised me on a rose shopping experience.... But sadly I had envisioned something else.....so we headed for breakfast first 11h30 cutoff and we arrived about 11h20 so understandibly we opted for the lunch menu instead. We ordered at about 11h32 and 1hr later our lunch arrived burgers and potato chips the laugh was the potato chips was Lays potato crisps 🙄 why would you even do that to us lol.... Bland chicken no dressing offered for the huge lovely salad on the plate... Then the Ludwig roses to be purchased the guy helping us told us to come back next week when they get other stock oh dear me... Well the pics were great but a beautiful place not well managed.. Staff poorly or not trained at all... We had to get up and search the restaurant to pay the bill no man what is this amateur hour.... Hubby was disappointed because he thought he was bringing me to an awesome place.... Sorry guys but you need to up your game and train the staff please... My recommendation is a no.... sadly

A beautiful rose garden that allows the visitors to cut and purchase their own roses. There also a rose nursery as well as a really sweet restaurant that allows for reservations. Buckets and seketeers can be arranged at the small reception, or you can bring your own. They also have a special price per stem on Sundays.

Quiet atmosphere in nature.Surrounded by pretty roses you get to pick and take home.
