Nice store. I could see myself making a lot of home purchases. I went in looking for storage vacbags, which they didnt have. However, the sales rep was so polite in giving suggestions. Good shopping atmosphere and great prices.

Poor customer service, asked for help and they were not infested in looking up stock and or ordering it to store.Had to beg them to look in the back, look up on computer which stores stock a s if they can order in.Ended up walking out because it was so much effort for the staff that it made the experience not worth while. Took my business elsewhere.At a time like this toy would think companies and people want to help but no one in that store wanted to be there. Terrible.So many people looking for a job and those who have so t cate about it

We went there looking for ornaments. Wide range of gifts and ornaments. We got excellent service. Not very busy in the morning. Was a matter of in and out after the purchase.

Lovely store with well priced items and a good range, however customer service lacking with no staff on hand to assist and when I eventually found someone to ask, I was ignored with a hand wave over the shoulder!!!! Sad that in these tough economic times that complacency still exists in the retail sector. I will vote with my feet from now on and not support them again...

The decor is a class , the prices are reasonable and the bedding ornaments, cushions, everything in store is quality

Excellent service from your store manager. Hes helped me numerous times before, and I just saw him dealing him with another extremely aggressive customer. He was calm and collected and much more helpful than I would have been in the same situation. The customer came in angry, but nothing ruffled Johans feathers! 10/10 Best service ever!

Ordered two ceramic pots for plants to be delivered here. When I picked them up, I could hear through the many layers of bubble wrap that they were broken. When I got home and opened them they were both completely shattered. It’s pretty clear that no effort was made to be at all careful with the package, despite it being marked as fragile.Have emailed asking for a refund but have had no response.It is certainly not worth ordering anything breakable at all from Mr Price home.

I do love shopping at this store. Its not too big, nor too small. Staff can be a bit serious sometimes but some of them are quite nice. It has everything you need and is conveniently located.

Worse experience ever. Went to buy curtains and ask help to salesman for size. I bought the one he Suggested. But when I came home curtains wasnt fitted properly. I went back to cashier and explained her everything then she suggested me to buy 2 curtains that would have cost me more than 1100.I decided to Return it and she said system offline I must come back tomorrow.I already spent R200 for uber.Very poor customer service and unhelpful staff.

Very convenient location and opening times. They have a good variety for such a small store floor. The area outside is a bit dodgy so watch your stuff when you walk out and down the road. I love how reasonable the prices are.

One of the best Mr price home I have ever been. They always have great stuff, and always makes one to buy extra. The place is very neat and tidy. Everything you need for your home it is there! Theyve got amazing stuff who are always willing to help!

I would usually give this store 3 to 4 stars, as you only just struggle to find someone to help you...or suffient staff at the till points. At least when they get to you, they are usually nice. But today. Wow. Came to pickup my online order. The lady pulls my box of goods (which are fragile frames) accross the floor with the box opening on the side. Leaves it at my feet as if i now magicaly will be able to get this to my car. When i asked for assistance, she was shocked at my request and pulled over a small standard trolley (def not big enough for the order). I asked if there are bigger trollies, and i was just rudely answered that “the people steal them”. Obviously my car was parked too far for this lady’s level of effort. When I fetched my car to pull it up closer to the entrance (my suggestion) she left the boxes at the entrance for another staff member to pick up her responsibility. And what happened when I got home? Obviously- some frames are broken. Hopefully I get someone else to help me when I go back to return these. Hopefully this lady’s manager so that I can suggest they send her on a customer service program and respect for Mr Price’s inventory

TERRIBLE! Avoid this store!!! I bought three identical lamps for R179.00, of which I wanted to return two. I was first told that I could only get a voucher, but thta actually, in fact, I couldnt, because they had none. Then, after I objected, suddenly a voucher was produced. Then I was told that I could return the one lamp but would only receive ninety nine cents back! I could, however return another lamp (identical but for colour) and receive a full refund. Suddenly, store policy changed again and I could get this refund on my debit card. When I got home, however, I discovered that my slip was made out not for R143.93 but for R143.93. I tried to phone the store seven times, but got no answer.

Its always untidy and out of stock. Boxes everywhere and difficult manoeuvring about with a trolley as the aisles are blocked. Pity as its well positioned. The carpet section was a war zone.

This is a really lovely store, it is huge with a wide variety of products for sale and I found exactly what I was looking for. I was just a little annoyed that when I looked at my slip the store had charged me more than the price marked on the item that I bought. This is seriously unacceptable and I felt like I was being ripped off, also it was a mission to sort out and get my money back.

They are quite under stocked. Theres never a shop assistant when you need one or they flat out ignore you. The parking situation is also not that great so if youre driving park somewhere else and walk there

Parking conveniently located on the street behind the store. Quick service and great range packed into what may seem from the outside to be a small store ( much bigger on the inside than I thought ). Only down side is I called numerous times to find out if an item was in stock and no one bothered to pick up the phone ...luckily on arrival an employee quickly helped me find the item.

This is a lovely big store. The service is not wonderful but there is a large selection to choose from. There is also ample parking.

Wide selection of Mr Price homeware, except for large furniture. A good place to go to get stylish items as well as plain items. Some items are over priced, but others are quite well priced too.
