I would avoid purchasing from this company. Bought 2 chairs from them at a cost of over 4k. The seats cracked within 6 months. They were replaced after which they cracked again. They were replaced a 2nd time but have now cracked yet again. Inferior product at a superior price. The company is not willing to assist any further. Only giving 1 star as there isnt an option for zero stars.

I bought a few chairs and a dining table from Chair Crazy. The whole experience from start to finish was very positive. They have plenty of choices in store (especially chairs: lots of models and colours to choose from) and their service is amazing. One of the items I bought had a minor imperfection and they addressed the issue in a very professional way. I am a happy customer. Thank you Chair Crazy.
