I visited Bed King in December 2020 and what a great experience! I was helped by Abby who is just positively amazing! The ambiance of the store is extremely soothing as well and all the sales people are funny and welcoming. I did not feel as if I was shopping for a bed. Instead it felt like I was having great chats with people who just so happen to sell beds too haha.I was shown all my options and received the best service and treatment! Would highly recommend.

A really great experience visiting Bed King and making use of their Comfort Solutions Lab. Rameez put me at ease and I felt I could trust his guidance and advice. Purchased my bed on Saturday and received first thing on Monday. Will definitely recommend Bed King to friends and family.

I was in the market for a new bed and so went to a few shops. The service at Bed King was far superior to the other places I went to. In addition, they have a nifty bed which you lie on and it plots your pressure points and calculates the best mattress firmness based on the results. I then got to lie on different mattresses to test this out and the one I found most comfortable was the one their computer had advised. Abby knows her product and was able to advise me on various different points. They delivered on time as promised and kept in constant communication with me every step of the way. All in all, Abby made this a pleasant experience and I am already referring other business to them as a result.

I went to purchase a mattress and ended up buying that and several other items (e.g. pillows, mattress protector etc) at the store! I was helped by Abby, who is extremely friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. She first took me to a bed lab at the store where you lie down, and then the computer analyses the pressure of your body to recommend which types of mattresses are most appropriate for you. Abby then let me try various mattresses, before I selected the right one for me. Abby never rushed me to make a decision, and constantly stressed that given this is a necessary and long-term investment, I should be fully comfortable with my choice before purchasing. The store is spacious and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Bed King, and when you go there, please find Abby to assist you. At the very least, youll learn a lot about beds by visiting the store!

Was looking for a new bed and went to Bed King to see what they had. Was welcomed immediately and Rameez was very helpful in finding the right bed for the right price, as well as explaining all the points to look out for when looking after the beds health. All round excellent service and delivery before 12 the next day.

After passing this shop hundreds of times, I popped in this morning to buy a replacement bed for my sons room after he moved to JHB (and took his bed). Dealt with Rameese who was just so amazing and helpful, got me the right bed for the right price with personal and professional service. Can highly recommend!

Me and my husband was in the market for beds for my little family. I was by 5 different bed places which gave me a good price but a bad service. They didnt explain to us about the product and made us feel unwelcome. Then we went Bed King in Claremont. Rameez one of the stuff members explain every detail to us and gave us a good client service not treating us different because of the way we looked or the kind of clothes we wore. It is really a pleasure to be treated like a king and queen.
