I would not recommend anyone to use their service. I sent money to my sister in Ireland, but I made a mistake in sending it to North Ireland, so the lady said IT would rectify the error. When I went back 4 hrs later, the lady said IT had canceled my transaction because of suspicious reasons, so I will get myself refunded. But I would get the money refunded less the commission fees as I am now deemed to be repurchasing the funds. They cancelled my transaction and they are charging me a commission for a transaction they cancelled. Day light robbery. This company is a scam. Poor service. Charging commission for a cancelled transaction

Ladies are friendly and the level of professionalism is welcoming. This branch Id highly recommend to anyone

Ridiculously incompetent staff with extremely bad attitudes and inability to assist potential customers.

Dont get me wrong, the ladies are always friendly and its always a pleasure to speak to them but they always have western union problems, always offline. Bidvest got closed down yet they never had server problems. Its always the same issue and I cant understand how they continuesly have server problems
