Walk in Letitias florest today to order flowers for my father casket, we were met by a very helpful staff member who was helping us with our decision for my dads flowers, then the owner walked past and the staff member called her, to which the owner ignored her, to which the staff then called again, mev, and then this absolute arrogant owner whips around, looks directly at me with the most distasteful look and says directly to me, mev i will be with you when Im done.i turned around and walked right out and found a lovely little place in somerset West who helped us. I wasnt even talking to her what so ever, didnt even know shes the owner. But one thing is for sure. I will never set a foot back in that place. I feel sorry for the staff working for this Letitia. Shes absolutely rude.Mev , soos my genoem het. In vervolg, dink bietjie oor hoekom mense daar is voor jy so arrogant en ongeskik is.

I am absolutely shocked in the rude and disgusting way I was treated by the lady. I tried calling asking about a delivery and was shouted at over the phone about how I am basically wasting their time and they are too busy to help. Thereafter I sent my mom to go into the shop to speak to her and she was treated even worse. I cant believe one can treat their customers so horribly! Terrible. Where is the positive customer service?!?!

Watch out if you are ordering online, my husband ordered and they say they know nothing about the order -please spread the word lost R900 on this order

From Switzerland we discovered this florist on a holiday and have been ordering flowers for family since 2015 with ease, friendly service and as family sends us photos, excellent arrangements for each occasion. Recommended for fussy older people that are /were gardeners in their days of repute! :-)

Wouldnt even give it a star. Wanted to send flowers to a friend and got nothing but rude comments about how much money i was spending, not even from the lady on the phone but from her colleague in the back ground.

When a client wants to buy a bunch of flowers for R500, one expects it to be beautiful, not happy with what you have! rather to the client, you do not have your best at the moment, precisely because it was mothers day, it would be acceptable, then one can look at its different, but to say it, like the woman in the background with said no filter, Im not interested in ever spending money there again! Learn how to work with clients !!!!!
