Beautiful orchid arrangement sent to a friend in Cape Town. Customer service was excellent - my friend was not at home when the flowers were delivered so the team at Fabulous Flowers arranged an alternative delivery time on a different day. They were responsive, polite and communicative throughout. Would highly recommend.

I am terribly disappointed in both the service and the bouquet my mother received from Fabulous flowers. I live in Chicago and was very excited to send my mom a lavish bouquet. Lavish is definitely not what she received, the Bright sunshine bouquet looked nothing like it was shown on the website! It looked like a tree with a few flowers, 14 flowers to be exact that cost R695. To add insult to injury my mom took out a whole bag of added greenery, and had to make her own bouquet out of the mess they sent. I also asked them to switch out the wine for sparkling grape juice in the family picnic box I ordered, they just put ordinary juice in the box. To top that all off my order was 5 days late. They kept telling me they will deliver and then did not follow through until I sent an email telling them I am going to do a back charge on my credit card. I definitely feel like they ripped me off with the bouquet. I spent R1415 for them to totally give me the run around, an absolute disappointment in the workmanship!

My husband always gets flowers and roses for occasions here and they are always absolutely gorgeous!The only issue he found on this most recent purchase was that they were going to deliver too late in the day. However, after he contacted them to Tell them it needed to be delivered earlier they obliged.

The team at Fabulous Flowers are so accommodating and so friendly. I needed to send two bouquets of flowers, last minute, the day before Christmas Day and they were fully booked. After telling them the circumstances they made it happen for me and delivered two gorgeous bouquets on the SAME DAY. I am so grateful. I am very very picky with flowers and Fabulous Flowers are artisans, you can see the difference in quality and in presentation. They are my go to when sending flowers to my family in Cape Town. My boyfriend payed R650 for these flowers that was delivered on the 26July. So many flowers petals was browning, or lost it already. It doesn’t look like there went any TLC into creating the arrangement at all. If they just arranged it beautifully it would’ve hidden all the ‘low quality’ flowers , but looking at it one gets the impression this was just thrown together without any thought. I went on their website to see the photos they have of their products. Looks stunning - unfortunately it wasn’t the same in real life. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

It still went to the wrong address and the card was addressed to the wrong person. I then spent ages trying to sort it out with their operations person, only to discover from the person I sent the flowers to, that the gift finally was delivered late that evening but they were delivered without any card, so she then had to phone up Fabulous Flowers the next day and ask who sent them and what the message was.Really unacceptable customer service. I have had no resolution from the company concerning my complaint.They said they would get back to me, but they never did. I paid over a R1000 for a few meringues, biscuits and a cup. We pay for the service, and there was no acceptable customer service here. I will not use them again. I spent hours trying to get this order right. Dont waste your precious time.

After seeing such good reviews for this florist, I decided to use them for one of our clients. As I wanted a gift to be added to the flowers, I was unable to just choose and pay on their website. I phoned them to find out if adding a gift was permissible and I was told it was. The lady would come back to me with a total cost along with their banking details for payment. 3 times I phoned to try and obtain this information - to be promised each time that she would send it through to me now !! Now never happened and I eventually gave up and went to another florist in Cape Town who speedily assisted me with the additional gift, plus the total cost and banking details. Im so glad that Fabulous Flowers are doing so well they can let down customers down. I certainly will not be bothering to contact them again !! :(

My first and last order with them. Ordered roses for my wife on her birthday. First birthday at her new job after lockdown. Ordered early in the morning so they had the entire day to make it up and deliver. Spoke to them at 2.30pm and they promised to deliver by 4pm. Then suddenly at 3.45 I had to phone them again only to hear they wont be delivering. Messed up my entire surprise. I will demand a refund!

Ordered two deliveries during lockdown for my mother and mother in law. They dont deliver on Sundays so I requested Saturday delivery. The flowers didnt arrive. I sent a Facebook and received a response on Sunday saying they were struggling to get hold of fresh cut flowers and they were trying to make a plan. They suggested orchids, which I agreed to and they were delivered on Sunday (Mothers Day). While we didnt get what we wanted, the orchids were absolutely stunning and it really made a big difference that they went above and beyond to ensure delivery was made for Mothers Day. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because I would have preferred communication from their side first, instead of me needing to reach out. However, I imagined they were stressed trying to meet many demands during a difficult time. Ill definitely use their services again.
