Delicious dinner for 2 and coleslaw was great also!However, it would have been nice to have some lemon and tarter sauce with the meal. Just my recommendation 😀

Terribly slow. Ordered kiddies Fisk and chips at the same time as we ordered Mexican food next door. We ended up eating cold Mexican food because the fish took 15 minutes longer to make. And they were not busy at all. Wont go back.

Extremely unfriendly staff and very long wait time with food received cold. Very limited selection of cool drinks and no salad available. Chef in kitchen also not wearing mask properly with nose covered. I do not recommend.

Tasty food, but extremely bad service.On arrival, no one at counter, had to shout over the countet to get someones attention.Waited almost 3 times the amount of time that was told it would take. Staff were flustered and slow.They didnt understand customers orders and I even had to assist another customer by informing them that they took the order down wrong, while I was waiting for my order.They seem clueless and no one seemed to be in charge.

Extremely unfriendly staff and very long wait time with food received cold. The staff are so rude and slow it was not busy, the lady did not even call my number and left my food standing there until after 20 minutes I said something, she could not care at all.. I will never go back there again.

Awful experience all round. The service was the worst as the lady who was serving me randomly started to ignore me while I was giving her my order in favour of flirting with her colleague who was the delivery man. I was in total shock at her behaviour. I told her that what shes doing is very disrespectful and then she lied and told me he was a customer even though he was carrying the large delivery bag to deliver food to customers. She then changed her tune and said hes going to deliver food to the customers. Shocking! She was smiling the whole time and not taking me seriously. She told me shes done talking to him and shes ready to take my order at which point I said I am done with her and I walked away without placing my order.Apart from that, in the times we actually did order food from this establishment in the past, it was okay, nothing special. Good enough for a quick lunch after Saturday errands if you have thick enough skin to endure bad service.

Usually order from N1 City branch when I am at work and have always received good service and food.. However, felt like grilled hake and calamari on Friday night and thought I would buy via Mr Delivery... I bought the promo of hake, calamari, coleslaw and savoury rice...Mr Delivery ensured my food arrived while still hot, so no beef with them either... What I received is what I have a problem with... Decided to not buy from this branch again and would be very influential spreading this far and wide..Tasteless food... No taste whatsoever in the grilled hake... A few sachets of some spice were in the packaging but didnt help much... Calamari strips were deepfried to a crisp and a few were edible... I literally ate crusty flour instead of squid.. To top it off.. No taste either and no tartar sauce... What made this even worse was, although the box size and quantities of hake and rice were sufficient... Everything was in 1 box and by the time I opened the box.. All the food was laying on a heap on the one side of the box.. Here you can say the delivery guy is to blame but I dont agree because its obvious the food would shift around during transit so why not package separately or place a divider in the box... I didnt even know there was coleslaw in there until I ate. The calamari was so poorly fried, it was literally hidden away under the hake and I think about 5 strips... Actually glad it was so little... If you provide a service, especially food, the onus is on you to ensure your staff/store delivers the best service, time after time and for them to simply include the deepfried flour instead of Calamari...tells me, pride is obviously not taken in what is presented to the customer... You dont NEED customers, otherwise your service wouldnt suck! So let me help you along with my negative review!

Barely any calamari on the calamari burgers, asked for the Sriracha coleslaw to be added to both calamari burger meals which was supposed to cost R10, ended up being charged R15 for 1 plain coleslaw. Ordered a juice at the till, when I went to pick up the food, the juice wasnt rung up. Had to explain my order 3 times because the cashier wasnt listening correctly.

Terrible service. Ladies behind the counter are more interested in flirting with delivery men than getting food out thats ready. My food got cold waiting for them to finish flirting.

Very bad experience.Rolls were very oldLodged a complaint with head office even supplied till slips etc.Never ever got a response.Never ever will buy here again
