Excellent Service fro Vernon !

I purchased the Lava Magma 10kW closed combustion stove and had it installed by LAVA fires T/A Progress Fires on the 29/06/2020. The fireplace is about 2 weeks old and on the 08/07/2020 I reported that the stone plates inside are cracked and now the bottom slabs have also totally collapsed. Leaving me with a good looking but useless fireplace.The team I dealt with at progress fires are friendly and have escalated the case to the factory but unfortunately my total experience is not a positive one. I expect a sense of urgency when it comes to dealing with a customer and right now I feel like I have just been left out in the cold ....

Quality braais but their service is not so good. The stainless steel braais outside was scratched and I have been waiting for weeks to get it resolved.

A bussiness that is quick to make promises which they have no intention of keeping. The sales person does not answer email questions or return calls at all. They call a lead time of 10 days to product delivery but cannot deliver within 16 days. Extremely regrettable service.

Went in to looks at a fireplace . and it was great service...Marc was extremely helpful and the knew his stuff...Great options and variety....also dangerous to take your wife with. Cause they have some great lights and ladies like nice lights...

I bought a Gas fireplace which was not a stock item. It arrived at the date promised and i collected. After the installation i discovered it would not meet my needs as i hoped it would. i phoned the owner who offered to take it back and give me a refund. I received proof that the refund has been initiated. I received excellent service all along the transaction.

Man who helped was very nice (at the beginning) and said he sent quote immediately. I was there on Wednesday, still waiting for quotation, that after he said they could already install on Monday. Would have liked to be helped yesterday, what else to say about a quote Im waiting for !? 🤷🏼‍♀️
