Got a virtual credit card dont know how to use it.They still took the debit order and I have not used any money no way to contact them.I hereby give them 24 hours to contact me or I will got to the v & a water front and go see them face to face.

These people are low key scammers!After I settled my account they made a debit order of 2k... thats a lot of money to be throwing away.Theyve been giving me the run around for a long time now, busy saying that they havent got my debit order... surely it cant take 2 weeks to recieve a payment.This is the last time Im dealing with them.Very unreliable.... Deceptive... SCAMMERS!Beware!

There is no real way to contact them and if you email or message they do not get back to you within the time they advise, infect they fo not get back to you at all. Terrible customer service

They dont respond to emails they dont have a contact number. I cancelled my offer... But they are still deducted.they deducted twice in one month and it cant be reversed.

They dont answer calls or respond to emails. Debit order is linked with my bank account but no funds available to use. So they will debit my account and i didnt use the cards.

Bad .... worse...Applied for approved for an amount waited three days for a debimandate that was send according to them but I never received it. Then they said they will cancel and I should reaply..Oh but wait no one told me that it will not be that same amount and that they can unfortunately not bypass the system. But if Im not happy with the offer to try again in two days time....Like really guys that is all I have to do?And not go through the whole process again.Advice : Dont go through them go to another site..

My wife signed up for a small loan, decided to pay it up a couple of days before the last payment was due, never received confirmation when the payment was made and was still debited on the debit date. Her account still shows that they owe her. But no matter what we try, cant get them to contact her. Stay flippen far away from them.

I was approved for a Loan however the debi check did not come through to the bank after I accidently cancelled it and requested assistance. There are no contact numbers and no correspondence. I checked with FNB and they say they are not receiving intructions from Fasta. They clearly dont want the business as nobody has been in touch since. Wonga approved me immediately and I was sent cash within an hour. You guys dont know what you doing as nobody has been in touch
