This company is a corporate crook get your money out fast and dont invest with them u may well never see your money again and trying to get it will possibly drive u to suicide In which case good luck to your family trying to get anything out of them

My dad died in 2018 and they still processing his policy and we in 2021 now . He had policies with fnb and old mutual and they paid out almost immediately after his death.

I submitted a funeral claim as my mother has passed away, I received an email confirming receipt of my documents and the funds were paid into my account the following day. I really appreciate the speed with which you handled my claim.

We have been in contact with liberty for months and stil awaiting on my moms claim to be paid out we have went out of our way for this claim to be processed but still awaiting on feedback from them everytime is this that they need and that that they need, i am so fed up with this company i would not recommend them to anyone they are useless.

The WORST level of service I have received, hands down. Trying to get hold of Liberty Corporate since Wednesday, 02/12/2020. Was assisted by Agang, who I rated 5 stars on a previous rating, but now turned out to be just as useless as the rest of them. NO Communication with regards to policies. NO call answer when you phone their offices. NO call answer when you phone their call center. NO follow up on any queries. Spoke to Lerato this morning, she was going to get hold of someone and phone me right back, Its been 3 hours later. Just spoke to Mohau, who then says its normal to hold the line for 35 and 45 minutes at a time, as they experience high call volumes. I shouldnt drop the line after 45 minutes. How long would you like me to hold Mohau ? Ive been holding from last week, are you really that incompetent. This is the level of service you can expect from this pathetic excuse for a company.

Bad Services. Cannot get hold of call centre or offices. Staff are rude and arrogant. Keep transfering your calls. Im cancelling everything and moving to a different company. Not worth the stress.

Endowment policy funds were doing bad, and my previous broker did not advise me of this, so got those policies paid up myself and took out whatever was in the policies, at a loss. However could not get the RA paid up due to some clauses, so what a waste to wait until 55 to get my own money invested. Very bad service from liberty assigned broker.

This is an awful company. They run loud generators at night, even when the Eskom power is on. And theyre right next residential buildings. I cant sleep. Its 3am in the morning.

I was at your head office on the 18th October 2019to get my pay out I was promised 5 working days and a call and for an advisor to contact me regards to opening a new policy but none materialised I was busy with one officer and she packed up and handed me to another Tsepho but he could not get rid of me faster great stuff Libery life not impressed at all I emailed Tshepo Modirwa but no response

Excelsior Moderately Aggressive Fund- Crappyest fund ever!Liberty charged exorbitant management fees.Fund had poor returns... it was clearly not managed properly or efficiently!The graph on your fund fact sheet show an upward movement, however there was a negative return on my investment. I wrote a complaint letter basically you are the only ones who gained anything. Screw the customer we made our money! Heard from several other people who invested in this who also made a loss like i did. Thank you for your no-care attitude!

Worst customer experience of my life. Spoke to 7 different call centre staff and I got 7 different versions of how to get my annuity and pension. Refuse to escalate the problem to a senior person who might listen to my problem and help me. The customer service is appalling. The arrogance of the staff is breathtaking. I am enraged beyond words. Spent 2hrs of my time and air time. Shame on you Liberty Life.

I have been strugling over 4 months with my claim and Liberty is taking its time , while I dont have income. Although i have an income protector. People should know how bad their claiming department is , cos they are quick to take your money and when you claim , you must wait 4 months. Very bad service.

If you dont like corporate...dont enter the building. Feel intimidated when you enter. No clear indication where to ask for help
