Be very careful of this lot, I dont trust them.If I could give zero stars, I would. For two days now Ive tried to speak to someone, all I get is reception. At the time of writing this review, Alexander Forbes has 1.5 stars, which ought to tell you something! Ive got better service from Telkom, SAPO and DSTv, and they are all pretty pathetic.Absolutely useless, I cannot express how pathetic the service is. Do not consider AF as an option for your investments, if they cant even manage their phone lines, how can you trust them with your hard earned money?

Absolutely shocking service, dont expect any feedback on time on your queries as it wont happen. If youre being told that youll receive feedback within 5 working days dont get your hopes up as they wont phone you and if you phone them theyll just move the date for feedback out some more.

Being a Priceless policy holder with Alexander Forbes Cape Town for more than 20 years, I now am in the unfortunate position of having a motor accident claim after a third party reversed into my vehicle. Lets put this mildly : my experience of the service (or rather lack of it) thus far has taught me NOT to have a motor claim with Alexander Forbes.Moral of the story? Insure with Alexander Forbes and leave with a smile. Rather a laugh. Because their service is a joke!

Never had any issues, been a long-term client of almost 15-16 years. Went to Discovery and another insurance company for short stints during this period, probably a total of 2 years but back now for about 4+ and staying here. I had issues with others paying out and their timeframes, AF have always been afairly efficient. Not perfect, but better than many.
