Im very disappointed with this company they are not incompetent. Last year in September I canceled my policy because I didnt get the copy of a will with me which I find very dodgy so I got refunded in December. Then I noticed this year in January they deducted although I canceled my policy, they kept deducting until now. I lodged a complain of your agents on August and promised to refund the money. I have waited so long to be refunded, on the 20 September an agent phoned again claiming she sent the complaint on the 3rd September to you HR. What makes me furious I sent an email today to find out how far is the claim. She denied making a call with saying she was on a 3 week leave although she was the who promised solve the matter.WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW, IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have been dealing with Natasha De Freitas from the beginning and i am very happy with her service,shes professional and respond very fast to E-mails, I cannot complain about anything and are so happy to be part of the Capital Legacy family.

This is the most useless company I have ever had to do business with. They fob you off all the time. I just spoke to the consultant at GPAA and she tells me she has explained what they need to do regards a tax directive but they just dont listen. In the meantime I and sitting with 2 children awaiting the finalisation of my late husbands estate. I even contemplated taken my life and the lives of my children because i felt so helpless because Capital Legacy do NOT care about the clients at all. Now Im passed suicide and waiting for them, I shall expose this company for what they really are.

Must have bought my contact details from a shady marketing database. I had already opted out of direct marketing via the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa -- I see they are not a member. Not a responsible business imo -> avoid.

VERY BAD WAY TO TALK TO OWNER OF A BUISNESS AND KEEP HARASSING ONE AFTER BEEN TOLD WE DONT WANT THERE BUISNESS AND NOT INTERESTED IN THERE PLANS THEY MUST TAKE US OFF THE DATA BASE BUT STILL THE DO NOT!!

These people need some phone manners. How can you conduct business with this kind of people...
