I bought a spa voucher for two it was 600 rand, the voucher was to be redemeed at golden hands spa, an we wanted the massage to be done in one room, we waited for 3 hours and we were told they can only do back to back because of the space, to make things wose the voucher that i boght had a package that contained foot massage, Babalwa told us that she does not offer such voucher and wat she will give us is the swedish massage that was 249 fr two, complained to hyperli and Babalwa was told to refund us, she hasnt paid us and she blocked me on watsap, such a bad service and i would never recommend anyone to go to her spa.
