Pathetic customer service! I phoned to enquire what time they close, as I needed to buy a DSTV eye link. I specifically told the gentleman at 12:30 that I will be there in time before they close at 13:00 on a Saturday. I drove through from Simonstown and arrived at 12:52. They were already closed!! Talk about going the extra mile!! Will definitely not use this business for any services in future! And then people complain about business being bad due to COVID.

Extremely bad service, went to enquire about changing my package they were offline. I specifically asked the lady when to come back she said 7 days before my debit order. She on your discretion changed it, when they went online, without consent from my husband or me. If she had consulted with us before going ahead & doing her own thing, she would have known that we decided to stay on our current package. And today because of her acting on her own without consent, we have no dstv service, but our bank account was debited. So thanks so much for unwanted bad customer service.

I went into the Skye TV Tokai branch and explained to the sales person that I wanted to connect an Open View HD decoder to my satellite dish and they sold me an Explorer smart LNB. When I got home the technician indicated to me that he tried it and it was not compatible. I tried to return it and was told via the manageress that it was used and could not be taken back, after all, they sold me the wrong item in the first place. By the way, the sales person who dealt with me was a pleasure working with but the manageress was probably the most rude person I have seen in my life.

Worst service ever from this branch, try to avoid not making contact with them. Try any of the other accredited installers, because I dont see Skye TV kirstenhof being of assistance. Rude and screaming employees. One star is to much to rate this branch.
