I was having an annoying problem with my 3D printer and spoke to Robin in the Cape Town office.Robin was, in one word, incredible with his advice and assistance and parted with some tips that I applied to my printer and my printer has never performed so well.On visiting the shop, Robin was even more helpful with some more suggestions which improved my printer even more.This was simply outstanding service and assistance from Robin and I would happily recommend anyone with a 3D printer issue to this company.

Helpful staff! Nerd heaven :)They WILL have what you need for your arduino project!They also have some 3D printers and can print parts for you. R50 per meter of filament used if I recall properly.The components come as is, it would be nice to have some documentation as to how to connect and use them. Especially since depending their orders, a batch of components can differ from the ones displayed on their website. (ex: water level sensor)

Ordered an out of stock item from Netram the guys got it back in stock within 2 days and shipped out. Always friendly and ready to help as much as they can and very knowledgeable even let me know that the courier cant get hold of me going beyond what you would expect. Definitely recommend them and will buy from then again!

The only reason I am giving this company two stars is because the employees (Not the Owner) was friendly. From the minute I entered the shop I felt the owners cold stairs. He did not even greet me. The shop assistant helped me with some questions I had. After I purchased more then a Thousand Rands worth of merchandise, I realized my phones battery died and I needed the GPS to get home. I suggested buying a USB power bank if there are enough power to last me on my way home. THEN the owner tried to sell me his cheap brand usb power bank for the same price they have on a much more decent power bank. The shop attendant told him but that Power Bank has less then half the power of the other one for the same price. The owner did not like this at all. I will never go there again.
