Slowest thing, regret buying this.,for my kid. Next time I will go for an iPad.

Bought a faulty device, had it returned back to them and received the worst customer service ever in getting my refund processed. I waited for over a week to get feedback from the most unprofessional and uncaring agent/consultant. I was kept in the dark throughout the entire process and still had to call on multiple occasions to do constant follow ups. My refund is still not processed at the time of writing this review. Nightmare!
