Dont buy any cctv items from this company because they will give you instructions on how to install it while having no idea how the product works and even sell you the wrong stuff needed to do the installation. The camera stops working while still under warranty and they use every excuse in the book not to refund you or even send the item in for repairs. Parow branch tells you the item have been sent to JHB and back within 2 days and checked by the technician then the other branch or Mr. Kevin (Manager) tells you he cannot send the camera to get checked. When the staff get questioned about the sale they make as if they no nothing. When you return an item their invoice book isnt on the premises so that they can check your purchase which makes no sense at all. The staff arent technically trained to give you proper technical advice but are professionals at deceiving and being dishonest. Mr. Kevin have the audacity to offer you a discount on a future purchase as if we will even consider buying from them again.

Friendly staff, but little products

If you buy something from this shop make 100% sure its the correct item cause getting your money back from the owner is a mission and will take hours of begging. I bought a nudge bar for a chev utility early morning. When I got home i opened it just to find that some of nuts was missing and no installation instructions. I emediatly went back to the shop. Only after hours of back and forth stories with the owner I got my money back. Will never ever do business with him.

Terrible service, bought 2 items online and only got shipped 1 item. Upon contacting the owner he apologised and said the 2nd item was shipped,while asking for the tracking number he stalls me for the entire day and sends me the tracking number the next day... that clearly shows item was shipped that morning and not the previous day. I finally get my item to see that it was a used item... I contact the owner again to tell him its used and not brand new and get no reply from him... Never shop there as I doubt Ill even get a warranty on my item.

Maybe it was a bad day. I was the only customer in a dead shop. It felt like I was a hassled being there asking questions about the products, finding out which one would meet my needs. Super unhelpful help. Wasnt informed I needed a power supply so I couldnt even run it! I would never return

Staff friendly but they only give three month guarantee on goods I find that strange but I purchased the item already I know you normally get 12 months so really its a puzzle....

Unethical. Beware of buying anything from them based on their adverts.They conduct false advertising and are not willing to refund products that end up not meeting what was specified it could do. Very disappointed.

Don’t ever buy cctv equipment from these guys I bought cctv camera’s the sales lay told me it’s 1080p only to realize when my dvr picked up it was 720p they not sure what they selling highly not recommended
