Apparently the number you have dialed does not exist, how is this possible. Also you guys are not returning my messages or calling me after a week since my application was approved. You not responding to emails and now I am calling you and the message I get is the number does not exist.

Teljoy - Rent to own not as attractive as you think!Ive been a loyal customer of teljoy for 6 years and only realized after recently that the amount advertised on the items and specials is not the same amount over 3years when a client takes out a rent to own contract for eg : teljoy advertised a fridge R399 for 3years then you own it , but the contract states up to 10% increase every year on top of that original amount which changes the budgeted amount advertised.I approached teljoy and asked why not just be up front and more transparent by advertising all the increased amounts of 3years in the advertised amount ? This way no confusion and people can budget properly? The response was you need to read fine print on delivery ! YES correct im guilty of not reading that clause and will be paying the price. The point Im making is PLEASE PEOPLE READ THE FINE PRINT AS YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT MISTAKE. My advice to teljoy before writing this is - times have changed be new trend setter in the way business is done. Dont hide behind small print to get more ....out of a deal you already making 5 times the value? Aprox 75 % of people dont read contract through properlyand fall victim to this business practice. With response recieved from teljoy they are quite happy to continue this way and rightly so but remember you will not hold onto loyal customers if you are like horses with blinkers.I took out 5 hi sense tv on this rent to own and today none are working... for some odd reason and if you want to cover the warranty after appliance is paid off then you have to pay a monthly fee of R +-75 to avoid paying for repairs . DO YOUR MATHS PEOPLE IT IS NOT AN ATTRACTIVE OFFER IN THE END ... rather save R 2500 and buy a Modern flat screen 32 inch TV than paying over R8000 for a TV and still a monthly warranty amount !
