They dont even deserve 1 star.I ordered a part from them 11 September last year 2019. Paid as well.Due to covid I understand there was a delay in shipping. however. Its been more than a year now and Colin keeps sending bull about location of the parcel. Now Colin Knight just ignore me. This is utterly worst service ever and I am pretty sure its all a scam. Stay away and never order from them

I ordered a samsung tv board months back and was told i would be updated.there were never any updates and everytime i asked about the status of the board, there was a new explanation which always ended with, it really is not our fault. Now they just plain ignore me which i wont take lightly, coz either i get my deposit back or have the board, i have also noticed from previous commnets that their responses are the same for people who orderd in the past year and beginning of this year. How is it that all shipments which were claimed from insurance are still not delivered, by the way..theyll tell you that aramex is giving them trouble and they are not updatung them qith regards to clearance 😏
