Bought a DC UPS from them, Craig assisted on a call to ensure I also purchased the correct additional cables i needed so that I was able to immediately connect all three network devices to run off the DC UPS when it arrived without further hassel. BTW, the d-link router i have said it needed DC 5 volts, but did not work on the 5 volt output of the DC UPS.....so i tried the 9 volt output - been running like this for the last 5 days and it has not yet blown-up the d-link router, try this at your own risk.

I purchased a VOIP telephone online. Craig from the company called me the next day to confirm it was an IP phone I wanted as people do tend to confuse analogue and IP telephones. Once I confirmed it was the correct instrument Craig asked me to save their telephone number and call him if I had any challenges setting up the SIP account. He offered remote install assistance in need. I did not need assistance but it was comforting to know I purchased form a company that is happy to provide support in need. The item was also lower cost than other dealers and contributed to an all round great experience.
