Pathetic to get hold of, I recieved an incorrect order and still havent recieved any feedback on how to get my actually order I have placed.

We were standing there for more than 5minutes with no one at the front desk, the door was opened and we were 4 customers in line and I specifically had to ring the outside bell to get attention. The lady came out still talking and never even bothered to greet us nor apologies for making us wait that long

Got there 11H30 and everything was locked. Are they not supposed to open at 11H00? Had to go back the next day.

I was waiting on a delivery this morning , Takealot | Order placed | 83013642 . The driver came , I was in my room getting ready . He was very rude towards my son and left. I only saw the white bakkie turning at the end of the street. He didnt wait 2 minutes. As a regular Takealot customer , I was very disappointed and I received a SMS saying that the driver came but could not reach me, whats a lie.I called customer service and the parcel should be delivered today hopefully.Takealot should get rid of rude drivers with attitude. Bad service delivery but thumb up for the customer service representative who handle my complaint.

Tragic experience. A line of more than 20 people standing in the sun with apparantly only one employee working. If I had known it was going to take 10 - 15 minutes to help each person I would have had it delivered.
