This is a company that defines what customer care is. Just as I had a problem with the turning system of my incubator they sent me a new motor. Then some time later when my incubator wasnt in the warranty period anymore they still told me to send it in and they did a check up on it for free. I am extremely satisfied with there service and would say that it is worth the time and money

Very good support before and after ordering incubator. Fast delivery. I bought the automatic 48 egg incubator, which is amazing as you can plug it in at 230 volt AND on a 12 volt battery. It automatically uses the 12 volt battery as back up during load shedding!!!!5 stars for the delta team and product!!!

I bought their 24 incubator which was on special, the delivery guy was lost and couldnt find me on my phone as I was at work. Greyling contacted personally to ensure my incubator arrives and it did arrive in just less than 5 days from cape Town to Pmb.
