I got email i have to pay dutys and taxes trhough peach. At first i dit not know the company and went to check reveiws. After seing the reveiws i went and dit the payment,peach confirmed payment and sent to Aramex within one day. Very legit copany. Thanks

The vile and racist institution that is Peach payments canceled my daughters contract after she had signed up with them for 2 weeks. She was racially profiled and discriminated against by an individual who goes by name Tegan Borchert (Tegan Langley). 2 months after the contract has been closed down and even though she is no longer using their services, she is still being debited as if she was a client to the company. This is unlawful, all attempts to rectify this have fallen on deaf ears.

By far the WORST payment gateway in SA.I made a payment and received an error message that my transaction could not be completed - but the money was removed from my account.On enquiring via the supplier, Peach insisted that they could not verify any payment having been made (even though they had the amount, the date and the time) without a proof of payment from the bank - not easily achieved, since no beneficiary had been created (this was an instant EFT payment). What should have been an effortless online transaction became a nightmare; I had to queue for an hour-and-a-half outside the bank (due to Covid-19 access control) to obtain a stamped proof of payment - and only then did Peach acknowledge that they had received the funds.I will refrain from using any company offering Peach as their payment solution, and I would suggest that others do likewise.UPDATE 2020.08.24 I received a call from Peach Payments to apologise for my experience detailed above, and to explain that the error had likely occurred due to a break in data communication between the bank and themselves. Whilst this is cold comfort - one would like to think that online shopping is a secure, easy, process - I acknowledge their effort to engage, and have amended my rating from 1-star to 3-star.

We had a refund through these guys been taking over a month only for them to reply that they dont know what is going on. Worst company, their payment Gateway fails often and the merchant console is the worst. I wish I didnt have to give even a star to these guys
