Recently ordered a desk for my son - needed one urgently - and in the middle of all the looting and taxi strikes chaos Francois still came to my rescue and delivered the desk to my very happy boy –Two great experiences for me. I had a bad experience with this business. They advised me a day before delivery that they can’t deliver my item because they struggle to get the colour fabric I want and, had to choose another colour. After my order got delayed a second time I asked for my deposit back, they apologized for the delay and another week later they delivered the item. After they left I realized its the wrong type of fabric. Even though I asked for my deposit back after the second delay and after item was manufactured with incorrect type of fabric they deducted R800 from my deposit for delivery and collection. Due to a lack of communication and service I would not recommend.
