The shop is still closed, the voice mail box is full and nobody answers emails.A week ago they sent out an email saying that they were consulting their attorneys, so I expect this company will be in liquidation soon.Avoid at all costs!Original review is below:They have disappeared with my money. Nobody is answering phone calls or emails. Heard nothing for the last month. Paid deposit over 2 months ago! Now considering legal action.

Thank you for the follow through and going the extra mile to ensuring that our patio set was delivered to us in time for our opening.Honestly you had me worried when i called on Sunday to follow up on the delivery and there was no answer on any of the numbers we had but 5 MINUTES LATER your delivery team came hooting down our road and to our surprise we also had the pleasure of meeting Nick and Firoser who took the time to ensure our guests and function was a success thank you both again. Everything goes well when you shopping for the furniture, but once u pay them then everything changes. Now they have your money and they have the furniture and you have to obey to to their terms. Manager/owner not interested in dealing with the customer. Rather purchase your garden items elsewhere

November 2016 I have bought 2 cottage 4 seated sets from the Cape town branch and only received 6 of the 8 chairs. I have contacted them by emails, sms and whatsapp and they promise only and nothing happens. They blame the couriers that do deliveries on their behalf. Its almost one year ago! This is unacceptable. Poor service.

This company is completely useless and unreliable. My mother placed an order in September already and she still has not received her patio set!! The owner Nick keeps on promising that he will follow up and get back to us but he never does. He is spineless and wont answer his phone. I suggest that people stay away from this company.

I place a order on the 18th of October 2017 and paid the full amount. Its more than 3 months later and I still havent received the chairs. They are ignoring my emails. phone calls and messages. This is the worst service I have ever received.

They took our payment in full in July. Now December and still no delivery or our money back as promised by Nick and Firoza ! Very unprofessional as they all ignore all our calls and e mails and even ignore our contact on their web site.
