Let this review stand as a stark warning to anyone brave enough to start a business relationship with Shopping Feeder. Without any consent or warning, they took it upon themselves to increase our Google Ad revenue to R5000 per week. Previously we were paying R1200 per month. Upon informing them of this huge oversight (after 40 thousand rand had been debited from our account) they shut down all Google Ad services and indicated that they would investigate. We tried calling numerous times and sent many emails over 3 weeks only to be blatantly ignored. When they did respond, they were absolutely abrasive and not willing to even address the issue. They initially indicated that they would set up a meeting with us after the investigation. There has been no meeting scheduled to date. They simply ignore all communication. When asked why this mistake was allowed, they indicated the person who made the mistake is on maternity leave and there is no way to contact her for further clarification. The actions of this company are, at best, grossly negligent and incompetent and, at worst, underhanded and dishonest. They are not willing to address the issue or take responsibility in any way, shape or form even though the error is clearly from their side. We are now at a loss as communication is non-existent and we have no choice but to take legal action. Be very wary to allow this company to have your credit card details as they can and WILL apply any charges they see fit and there will be no recourse other than legal action.edit: there is no way to reply to your reply so i have no choice but to edit this post. i also have no choice but to communicate on this platform seeing as your company will not respond to our emails. The issue has not been addressed. The meeting (as promised by you) has not been arranged. im not sure how you get this figure of R100 000. We certainly did not generate anything close to that. These are the things we would have liked to discuss in a meeting.

I am utterly disgusted with this service provider. At the beginning of 2021, my company was struggling with website conversions. Shopping Feeder agreed to give us a trial month in which they would waive their management fee and we would spend a total of R5 000 per month on Google Ad campaigns. From May 2021 and over the next 2 months our Google Account charges have amounted to R42 241.42. Since no increase was discussed with me and this increase being quite a drastic one, I queried these deductions with my account managers (Collen Shoko and Shireen Robinson). Since then they have been illusive and not engaging with us at all. On the rare occasion that they do respond, they insist that this was what I agreed to in a meeting setup by my original account manager who is now on maternity leave. During the last 6 weeks of trying to resolve this matter, they have failed to produce any evidence to backup their claims. To date we don’t have any verbal, signed agreements or SLA’s with Shopping Feeder. We have been advised that they are not willing to contact the previous account manager (Robyn Hendricks) to supply evidence to support these claims which now means we have to foot the bill until she gets back from maternity leave which they have not disclosed when this may be. I am furious and just want a resolution to this matter!!!

My company’s relationship with Shopping Feeder has been a nightmare from the get-go. We were promised a month free-trial in which they would waive their management fee and we would spend a total of R5 000 on Google Ad Campaign spend. After a 2 month period, more than R50 000 has been deducted from the business account without any warning or written agreements. They advised that they would be investigating the situation and a meeting would be setup once concluded, however, upon trying to get hold of our account managers numerous time, Collen Shoko and Shireen Robinson, our attempts have gone unanswered. I want this resolved!!

I have worked with so many companies to build my e-commerce stores, Shopping feeder is by far the best solution I have worked with. They will help teach you and guide you to success. If you are a newbie at online stores I suggest you take a few courses so you can communicate your issues better to them so they can fix your feed and help you better. I will not waste your time with any other feed manger. My first year using them I broke my goal of over a Million dollars in revenue. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Shopping Feeder has been the best solution to mange my product feeds and saved my business so much money in wasted ad spend. I work primarily with Henry, and hes one of the most patient, educated people I have ever worked with on this E-commerce journey. I have been with them since 2016 and use them for my other websites as well . Dont waste your time or money on other feed managers this is the only company you need!

Beware if you are and agency or freelancer using this service. They have sent emails direct to my clients to try and win their business twice now.When I ask about it, they wont even take the time to respond.They are clearly running a burn a turn model

Please note that what we are going to share with you is our experience and observation and can be backed by emails and recordings. Our advice first is that you stay away from this app. They promise the world and deliver 0 they will charge you a management fee and yet cannot provide you with a single report? You ask them a few questions as to why they consistently are dropping balls and not reverting or assisting you as a customer they cannot and are not willing to answer your calls attached is a snipet of an email they use to lure you so as you spend money with them whilst doing absolutely nothing to earn it. We organised an agreed a recorded meeting with Henri and Kevin. Kevin was said to be unable to attend in this meeting Martin introduced himself as a director of the company and was terminating our account because we always seek to resolve our issues with them on the social platforms and giving them a bad rating we advised it would not be necessary if Henri responded to all our queries on time every time. We will upload the emails where possible otherwise we are going to deposit all of these in repository for you to access! After working with Shoppingfeeder it turns out that the google shopping tag had not been set up this was a month and a half later meaning that our money had gone to waste kevin to to justify otherwise. Four months later Henri martin states he does not have access to our google analytics we were floored and wanted to know how he was managing the account. Henri Martin decided that he would terminate the account because we were not meant to ask why they had dropped the balls. Let us not bore you further we will upload everything in sequence so as to allow you to make decision, we will add more information on this platform this week as well as others and will keep you informed
