Its ok...they have the products that I require,but no assistance from any staff.Went to purchase my Stove and chest freezer at another branch. Recommended for customers that wants to walkthrough.

I went to the store today at 10:30, just to find out that you are close today and only open every second Sunday. I wanted to purchase your double bed at R2999.00 and the special ends today 15 Aug. So how do I go about still getting the bed for this price. Was not my fault that you were close.

Awful!!!!People who dont want to do their jobs.The sales staff have no training what so ever, nor do they basic customer service experience.The sales assistant, had to be called twice to assist us was terrible. We were helped by a guy named Sithle, who ran up and down 3 times to check the code of the fridge, that we wanted to purchase, he then ran back to find the delivery fee which I asked for a few times. I took out my card and asked him do you accept cards, he said yes not even 10 seconds later he said You paying cash right ? Before I gave out my information I asked him, do you have the fridge in stock, he said yes we do, I asked are you sure ? He said yes 100%, I gave my details for delivery, he didnt ask for my number, so I asked him what about my cell number he responded we not going to call you its fine, and that annoyed the life out of me, I responded by asking How do you plan on calling me when the fridge is outside ? He gave me attitude and said now I have to start over, this entire process took over 20 minutes. Finally it came to the payment part he adds in whatever he wants, including extended warranty prices, I asked him, when did he get my consent to add in additional fees that was not discussed, he response : but all of our customers take these options at this point I was angry and asked to speak to the manger, they send us the delivery lady, who was way more helpful and apologetic. The delivery lady, asked one of the guys to get the fridge ready, only to find out, theres no stock. They arrive at our home with a fridge they took off the floor. This after a 45 minute process, and being assured that they definitely have the fridge.

After weeks of paying for a fridge and the TV the shop were supposedly waiting for the TV to arrive to deliver both appliances... my fiancee decided to cancel the tv order bcause we decided to buy the TV elsewhere, ever since thst day the staff in store told us that they dont have enough funds in store to give back our money... it has been almost a week! Earlier today a lady working there phoned and she wanted to know the reason why we are cancelling.. I told her that I feel we dont owe them any explanation for cancelling whatsoever but later told her we were offered a better deal...1. Staff - Unprofessional2. Customer Service - PatheticI dont think ill ever buy at this place again.. 😒😕

I called ok furniture store twice today to ask celeste to email me a copy of the latest catalogue and she promised to send and i didnt get the email..i consider that as bad service..i even explained why i couldnt view their catalogue online..

Very dissatisfied and disappointed at promises not kept...

I am supposed to get money back from them and Celeste has been giving me one excuse after another.
