Worst company to deal with. Dont purchase from them ever! If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. Courier cannot find the package that these guys dispatched in April. They make YOU chase up with the courier instead of handling it themselves. Pathetic service. Getting a refund is worse than a root canal in the dentists chair.

Went to return goods bought on Runway Sale. I clicked the option to return goods myself and then drove to them. Only to have the parcel taken from my hands at the door and the door immediately closed on me! Shocking. Happened for a second time and I sent them an email complaining. No real apology or change . Love shopping on Runway but the customer face to face interactions are shockingly bad.

Great sale events at times, sometime the discounts are huge the other times it is mediocre sale events. You have to wait very long for your order to arrive, and at time they sell items and then cannot access the stock so then they have to cancel your order

The WORST online shopping forum. I was a regular shopper, but that stopped. Terrible customer service. One to many bad experiences, from receiving a shoe boxes with no lid, to my refund taking over 3 weeks to be processed, orders taking over a month to be delivered, delivery of damaged items. The list goes on. Just PATHETIC

I placed an order on the 16th June 2016, and have still not received it to date (15th July 2016). I proceeded to contact runway sale to find out why its taking so long, and all they could manage was a sorry. I then mentioned that their lack of customer care and people management is really pathetic and again, all they could manage was a sorry. not much else we can do . Really terrible service and customer care, as well as ridiculous gaps between order time and goods received time
