Changed my review as I had a very prompt response from management. Also I can add the reason I go to this laundry is because its always spotlessly clean and all machines are always operational.

Its better than most laundromat Ive been at. Not even once have I got there and the machines were out of service. Good so far

Love the fact that this is a 24 hour laundry. It was neat and clean. Machines were easy to operate and could pay with snapscan which is great!!! Will definitely make use of this facility again!!

Convient but not really the best Ive ever experienced. The staff isnt pleasant at all and they use a very strong detergent for the drop off service, not pleasant at all

I prefer this branch over the Parow and Belville one!

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, pushed me off a machine after waiting 20 minutes for it and then shouted at me while I was still in the process of moving my laundry..will not be going back and I will not recommend this place Used them 3 times now, each time the same experience.

They promptly respond to reviews with an explanation attached.

Great clean place and reasonably priced. No touch payment with Zapper and Snapper.

Love this 24hr laundry. Great service with a smile. The staff are super helpful. Will definately be returning. Just a heads up, collect as many R5 coins as possible as the machines only take R5s. The wash is R35 and dry is R30. So youll need 13 R5.00 coins. ;)

I have zero problems here... friendly staff also.

It’s pretty pricey! 1 load wash and dry is R100. Otherwise it’s a clean place and best go around 21:00 it’s usually not congested then.

Lovely service and friendly lady. But i was really disappointed to have paid R280.00 for 2 loads of washing, to dry only.

Best laundry in Sea Point.

Upon arriving at the laundromat. After Google had said its open and their name suggesting its 24hours. I am met with utter rudeness from staff. I called the owner I assume (number on google) who lets me know that they are assisting the fountain res with their spring clean and all the machines are being used for them. (Very unapolgetically) keeping in mind that I just traveled to have my washing done. I would like to know why not close the branch and see to your client upstairs since nobody else matters clearly. Also try some sympathy. DO NOT USE THE VIRUS AS AN EXCUSE thats just poor business. One or two machines left open for your walk in clients is not a big ask as there is no rush getting your client upstairs done the students only arrive back in a month!

I went there after hours and shocked to see no sanitizers available and social distancing demarcation - people were literally sitting right next to each other. Were still facing a pandemic, whether you as a business believe it or not. A one star rating because quite frankly it doesnt seem like any measures were put in place for your after hours clients.

The ladies at this laundromat are amazing. My boys love going with me. The ladies are very helpful and I will always be grateful to them.

Safe parking. Clean premises. Enough washing machines. No change held on premises, so make sure you bring along or visit the bank at Riverside mall.

Great service, quick turn around and prepared to go the extra mile. They were much nicer than other laundromats in the area. They are far more helpful and are prepared to wash difficult items which other laundromats could not be cared to wash.

Tired of paying too much for a laundry with the drop and collect services? Well this is your place. You need to have coins of either R1/2 . Washer/dryer costs R35/38 each. You can wash your clothes cheap

Clean and friendly but they need to convert to a token system as they only take R5, R2, R1 coins for the machines and they dont provide change and the money needs to be exact - R37 and its a nightmare to collect the necessary at nearby stores as they are all wary to give one more than two R5s as they need to keep their change. Took me 40 minutes to collect the necessary from the surrounding area buying small things in order ro qualify for change . What a waste of time.

Friendly and efficient - they went the extra mile making sure my clothes were washed in time and properly folded etc.

You can pay however, as long as you have coins, zapper and all the other technological pay methods, its open 24 hours, there is a place to iron or fold your clothes as well.

Make sure you bring loads of coins with you (maybe stop at the pick n pay and exchange a R100 for R5 coins). It would be much better if the machines took notes or if you could exchange your notes for R5 coins at the counter but they refuse.

Quick, cheap and do a great job.

Theres no change machine and the staff also cant give you change. I ended up going to a different laundromat that does have a change machine.
