I loved the service! I dropped my laundry in the morning. Picked it up after work. Boom! Bobs your uncle. Really convenient with card facilities for payment and student discount as well. R10 off.

Took a really expensive evening gown to Harringtons because theyre supposed to be reputable. The dress came back with the satin laddered down the center and embellishments hanging off. Damaged both satin sleeves too. Disgusting service from a Cavendish store. Will never trust them with anything again.

I took my very expensive jacket. They didnt get the stains out they made it worse on top of that when I went to collect it they had added ink stains. Which they said they could not remove!!! Absolutely appalling service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Lost a pile of my washing, I had to prove that a shirt hanging was part of my washing by showing them my name written on it and still had to provide my ID card to prove the name that i said was written on it was in fact my name. *RUDE STAFF!* Still no call for my missing washing months later. Got double charged for a load the time before they lost all my washing. Disorganised and and badly managed.
