They came highly recommended by Scarlett Fashions. Good quality work, but they have extremely poor customer service.
On Saturday 4 December around 09h45, at the insistence of my husband I went to Klere Dokter to find out if they can make a doctors jacket for my son, reason being that those he ordered on-line were never to his satisfaction. My husband always takes all his alterations to them and he was always telling me of their friendly service. Well, it was not the case with me. On entering a friendly lady assisted and was about to let me in to speak to the dressmaker myself when I was abruptly stopped by what seemed to be the owner/manager. I was very rudely told by her that the dressmaker works from 5am in the morning (not my concern) and that there is no way she can still take on more work, she waved me off and told me to come back in January. I then asked her if I can at least have a price for making the garment and she went to stand in front of the dressmaker explaining what I wanted in such an irritated manner that I certainly did not feel like a customer who was welcome in their shop. I will definitely NOT go back there and will advise family and friends not to do so either. My husband was very shocked and he will also no longer take his business there. We are business owners as well and never have we ever treated any of our customers the way I was treated that day.Shame on you!

They came highly recommended by Scarlett Fashions. You might as well buy 2 dresses at for the price of the alterations. To my dismay the zipper was stuck and the hem stitching was barely there to close to the edge and came loose. Im sure they will blame the shoe etc. But this happened before she left the house.... I wont recommend them#disgruntled customer... So its going to cost me once again for the zipper and hem stitching
