Private day hospital with exceptional service. Small facility, very clean and staff are super friendly and efficient and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I was initially sceptical about Intercare but after my experience I can highly recommend it.

Had a very pleasant experience today. The staff are very friendly and the food was really good. It helped me forget how nervous I was. I enjoyed listening to the lady who sang while she worked.

Fantastic medical facility with a variety of doctors to choose from.Been using Intercare since they opened and never a glitch. Very friendly staff and practical to have Dischem and Pathcare on site. Its great that there is a central data base and any of the doctors can access past records immediately.I always use their online booking facility. The only suggestion I have is to have a functionality whereby one can change appointments. Currently one needs to create a new one,then delete the old one which is a bit cumbersome.Parking is downstairs in the building and the entire clinic visit can be classified as a one stop shop.

Well run medical facility. Friendly staff and doctors. Safe and abundant parking and has diskem on premises. They also have an online booking system which is very useful and easy to use.

From the admin staff who deal with arranging my monthly scripts, to the reception staff to the doctors, the efficiency and friendliness is beyond impressive. Since COVID-19 Ive had to visit the Century City Intercare twice, and both times have left me feeling assured that my safety was a priority and the best measures were put in place for all patients and staff.

The best experience Ive had at a hospital! For the first time I actually felt like the nurse genuinely cared about patients. I cannot remember his name but he has a British accent. He always kept me informed and put patients at ease, by explaining what would be happening and then following up regularly after surgery. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel instead of a hospital and that due to the quality of nurses at the hospital. Needless to say, the surgeon who performed my wisdom tooth extraction, Dr Suvir Singh is very friendly but also extremely professional in his approach and explanations. I highly recommended Intercare Century City!

I had a really good first experience today. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions (some of which were probably silly. The modern setup is fast and efficient - I love that you can schedule your appointment online. I had Dr.Hanley and she was really great and sorted me out. Will definitely make this my primary medical care facility.

Reception fast efficient and professional. Cleanliness of restroom 1st floor under standard. Paper pieces on floor from 7h00 to 12h00k. Not fully prepped when I arrived in theate. Wiil definitely think twice before using this facility again

Many of these doctors used to be in private practice and had a more caring attitude towards their patients.This practice seems to be chasing numbers and have lost the personal touch. One Doctor did not bother to phone back with a test result and caused us undue stress as a result. The doctor only called back after some stern words from my husband. Furthermore since patients make appointments you cannot employ the triage method of screening them.

Love intercare, love the staff and love the doctors. It is truly something to be remembered each visit by not only your doctor but by all the staff. Many of the front receptionist ladies at the doctors offices remember me and my sister and ask about university, school and work. It definitely makes one feel better when they are sick and having a bad day.Thank you to all the staff at intercare for great personable service.

Worst customer service ever from Margo. Very grumpy and short, very rude and unhelpful!!Perhaps shes in the wrong career as customer service demands far more than this.

This is the best hospital in the world. Thank you to the Matron,Sisters and nurses for you impecable live for patients. My son was scared and during his operation Dr Louis Eitner sent us a message when the operation was going on for longer than expected. That is going beyond the extra 1000 miles. Been to the hospital twice- once when I had an infection and was attended immediately on arrival, nurse and Dr were swift in assisting me. Second time I consulted Dr Botha, friendly attentive and even called me two days after consulting to ask how I was. I highly recommend the hospital. Thank you to the staff for the excellent service.

I was told to pay upfront for the sports injury benefit and claim from my medical aid afterwards even though my sports injury benefit was activated at this hospital and only co payments are required. Thereafter, they do not provide the proper documents as requested by medical aid in order for me to claim. It has been more than a month and they have not even responded. When I went to the xray department they just keep referring me to someone else because no one seems to care as long as theyve received their money.Very disappointed.

Been going to Intercare with my entire family for the past 3 years since I moved to the area. Im yet to be disappointed. Ive seen multiple doctors and have always been treated well. My kids also love all the doctors there...which is a big deal

Just had some teeth removed in this hospital and I would highly recommend the place. Everyone was super nice, the place was clean and neat, it had a bright open feel and the staff were attentive and kind, especially the sisters/nurses. Fantastic experience.

I have never received such fantastic care from a medical practice. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to DR E Botha and the pathcare. Dr Botha is the most thorough doctor I have come across in many years. You really get the feeling that they honestly care about your well being, which is what you want when you are not feeling well. 5 star service all round

My daughter had her tonsils removed today by Dr.Brodryk and everything went perfectly from the minute we stepped into Intercare Day Hospital. Admission was swift,friendly,efficient. Nurses were warm,caring,friendly,professional and efficient. We felt in very good hands. Dr.Brodryk came to see before entering theatre and immediately afterwards. My daughter received warm,loving care when she returned to the ward. A very big thank you to all.❤️❤️❤️

I was not afforded the opportunity to renew my script within the recommended 6 month period, and told to book a consultation, although I am well aware of them renewing scripts telephonically for other patients as long as they have seen their doctor within 6 months (which I have). They got back to me a week after I called and at first didnt even have a record of my visit to them earlier this year. I have been on the same medication for 2 years and they have NEVER tested me or asked for blood samples for this - When I complained about having to consistently pay consultation fees every 5 months, I was told of the telephonic option which is far cheaper. It is now 5 and a half months down the line and this option has been taken away from me for no other reason but apparent unethical discrimination. Incredibly disappointed by this service and their lies over the phone and horrible administration skills (how do you forget to record a patients visit?). I now have to go to a new practice and fork out R500 for a consultation I did not budget for, as I was told in 5 months to renew my script over the phone for R110. It is easy to manage a patients care when they have all the money to spend on consultation visits for a script, but as soon as you dont have that R500 for a visit (where all they do is write your note), their care of their patient boils down to zero.

Not sure about hospital but clinic stuff is unprofessional, lack of communication is normal practice for them. I called to make an appointment for radiological report and consultation with doctor and they told me I must make appointment only for consultation and for radiological report I can come anytime without making appointment. I arrived and they told that they dont do radiological reports anymore. Honestly?????

Tried using their GPs twice.. One Dr was against prescribing antibiotics for basic tonsillitis (first time I have experienced this in a lifetime of having the condition) as it went against his personal believes.. another misdiagnosed (and kept changing their story) ended up referring me elsewhere in the end. You can also never contact the doctors., even if they asked to be phoned for a follow up.. you end up dealing with just hoards of receptionists. Its a convenient facility to make money in a thought to be wealthy area - nothing more. I wont be back.

After witnessing a horrid car accident I ran to this hospital to look for any assistance for the man that hit his head. The guy at the desk said they couldnt help and to take the injured man to blouberg hospital. I was clearly out of breathe....so not in a car or with the injured man. I thought doctors made an oath to help people in trouble?

Wow.... I have never felt so cared for before. Feeling absolutely horrid and from wheen I put my foot In the door, everyone was so helpful and cared for.

Everything is wonderful . the dr. furmann is absolutely great. since my english is very bad he always tries hard to understand me. one point is not understandable to me there are pension discounts everywhere in sa path care etc. not with inter care ??? otherwise everything is nice.
