I have always been skeptical about going to the doctor. This experience changed my mind forever. I have never met more polite and capable people. I’m so glad l chose to go here. The Doctor was so caring with me, words cannot describe, bedside manner and attitude was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I will recommend this facility to everyone l know seeking care and attention for their medical needs.

Great doctors.Dont like the fact that I had to pay an additional R190 fee. For it being a public holiday.It did not say this in the confirmation email. On the website it does not state the amount and says that there might be an extra charge. Why only inform the patient afterwards?This tells me I could have waited till tomorrow rather, and get booked off for the day, + save money. If I had known.Teaches me to ask all questions before hand.Dont get sick on a public holiday!!!

We are very disappointed in the service we got from a specific doctor at Intercare Panorama. My husband had Covid symptoms so he wanted to see a doctor in order to get a letter to be tested for covid. The doctor he saw didnt prescribe antibiotics, because he said my husbands mucus is still white and only when it is yellow he will prescribe antibiotics. The medication he prescribed didnt work at all. Only after my husband got very sick with a fever spiking above 38 and kidney problems resulting of the stilpayne the doctor prescribed, did the doctor decide to prescribe antibiotics.

Friendly staff and service with a smile. Always keep you up to date with any progress. Ongoing communication awesome. All doctors also friendly and display good professionalism.

Update to review below. Have since been contacted by both the practice manager and the staff member concerned. Issues have been resolved and apologies accepted. Service recovery has resulted in more favorable review.Went for Vitality Health Assessment. Reception point good and friendly but the fact that they use copies of copies of copies of copies and the forms are very poor quality. Sidenote. Forms emailed to me are not interactive pdf docs and the assumption is that everybody has a printer. I dont. This is a practice manager problem. Then get to lady who needs to do my assessment. Must be Monday blues as unfriendly. Ive done this test numerous times before. She is very poorly trained. Cannot read an analog scale and sees a 2kg difference to what it actually states. Takes blood after she has placed the testing strip inside the respective machines and has to lift each machine to my finger tip. Then need to sign declarations to information which was not done (IE counseling). I am paying for the service yet not once am I told whether any biological markers are within range or not, other than HIV which is negative. Pathetic showing. Even though walking distance from my house I will do the assessments elsewhere in future.

Going to hospital soon. Hoping for the best

Absolutely pathetic service. Waiting for 30 min after your SCHEDULED appointment (due to the doctor having a virtual consultation) is unacceptable.

Not a patient of Dr. vd Merwe. Consultation was arranged in an emergency situation. He arranged for sonar an surgeon. The next day an emergency operation was performed and he followed up . Only to be recommended.

Brought my partner here to see Dr Bernard. He completely dismissed my partners symptoms and came across as incredibly arrogant. Worst Doctor ever. However the other doctors here are great.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at Intercare Panorama. The practice and secretaries are warm and friendly and welcoming of all sizes, shapes and races. The secretaries are extremely knowledgable and helpful in trying to sort out problems or get you an appointment.I saw Dr Riekert who is an absolute sweetheart. She is extremely thorough and I felt like I was in good hands while in her care. Shes very organised, on-point and gives a smooth medical experience. She is also very warm and welcoming.

I find the front of house staff and accounts department extremely rude. If it werent for the doctors, Id not go back.

Inadequate medical care. This practice does not subscribe to upholding patient rights. They do not know what basic medical care stands for. I was new to the area, had just lost my husband two weeks before and suffering pain in my lower limbs. I was given 7 days pain medication and sent for blood tests. That was on the 2/3/2018. To date I have had no feedback on the results of the blood tests and I cannot get the practice to return my phone calls. This is totally unacceptable behavior and unbecoming that of the medical profession.

Never ever will i go to Dr A Theron again or take any of my children of family members for a consultation to her. The first ever visit to her was with my baby when he was 4 months old, told there was nothing wrong with him, just to give him over the counter Prospan. thankfully got him into an appointment at his pediatrician the next morning upon which his ears was severely infected and him being in such bad pain and put on antibiotics. then my visit to her on 21 August 2018 just confirmed to me that it is just the same thing over again, I was told there is nothing wrong with me, i said i want a pain injection and she agreed. Later in the afternoon i phoned for an appointment to go back to another doctor after work again because i was in agony when i breathed and my body in such pain still after a pain injection and two tablets. long story short I will never support her again. I have never been so utterly disappointed in a doctor ever in my life, absolute waste of my time.

Waited hour and a half to have two stitches removed, then left and went somewhere else.

Talk about this practice! I have been to all the doctors and they are all excellent. Im looking for a practice that doesnt just prescribe antibiotics. Its also very convenient to make a reservation online.
