Prof Hlela attended to my eczema. She made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the time she took to look into my history. She definitely pays attention to detail. I definitely recommend her for anyone seeking relief from their eczema concerns.

I would love to have positive things to say, and my first visit was alright but when I went back for my follow-up I spent over half the session watching her go through her computer for my file, only for her to realize that shed entered my prescription wrong on the system (had written one that I had specifically told her that, for medical reasons, I couldnt take). She then casually mentioned that the medication shed prescribed me at the dosage shed prescribed couldve had serious negative side effects (hospitalization serious) which shed failed to warn me of when shed prescribed it to me. Not a fan of the disorganization or the negligence. She also refused to answer any of my questions and kept pushing me to buy expensive brands without explaining to me why they were worth it or what my skin actually needed that they provided. I wouldnt recommend.

The best dermatologist Ive been to. Dr Hlela is friendly and goes above and beyond to solving the problem and getting you the best treatment. I highly recommend going here. The Consultation fee is very reasonable priced too

It’s so ironic that it’s so easy to write a review when you were unhappy but few do when they were treated well.After visiting many doctors, treatments for my skin condition didn’t change. I found Prof Hlela online and immediately booked an appointment. I met her at Vincent Pallotti’s rooms on the 9th of October 2020. I felt welcomed by her.I was listened to, treated with respect & care.I was treated humanely, was free to ask her anything without fear.She did her examination & diagnosis and immediately put me on a treatment.
